Also, can I have a Avatar and Singanture with copper members?

It's a one time upgrade. It's not possible to wear an avatar and for signatures, some restrictions are lifted and you can also post images. Think twice though, the amount paid is not that high but the bitcoin network fees are.

Yes, I see there are Donator & VIP level. But I think the 10 BTC & 50 BTC fee is outdated, right?

No, it's not outdated. 10 and 50btc are the price to become a Donator and VIP.

Yes, other than Donator and VIP Copper is the only currently available 'premium' rank (though hopefully more are added in the future).

It means 30 activities. 1 post = 1 activity but you can get only up to 14 activities every 2 weeks.

I have an account who was banned and I don't even know the cause of its ban. and Here I'm again with another account and I was able to post after paying a fee. I hope I get my ranke up fast, I was full member in my precious account. It will take me 3 months to reach that rank

The limits can be found on the OP and they cannot be bypassed. If he got banned, It's most likely because he was spamming.

There is no limitations for the number of posts.
There is restrictions exactly the time to wait between each post and private message...but there isn't any restrictions for the number of posts.
You can make 100 posts everyday but you have to be sure that these posts are constructive, helpful and could add something to the discussion, not just copy paste from the previous posts or a spam...

It's under 'Activity' as 'Position' in your profile or you can see it under your name each time you post. You're currently Newbie, another post should upgrade you to Jr.member.
