I finally made it to the Payouts Section..

Can someone tell me how it works.. So I get paid the amount it says in the Payout Section when we get the next block?

But if you find the block, than you are a part of that current blocks rewards?

I guess my question is, does the payments always carry over to the next block? Or if you find the block, you get a piece of that current block?

I'm only getting:

Is there anything I can do to raise my Payout level for the next block? or does everything carry over to the next block that is found?

Also,

if you're in the payout section but still mining, why doesn't my BTC address show up at the bottom with the score of my current round?

just noticed ckpool vardiff is not changing diff
running 1x 2pac, it normally changes it within a few min of mining... has been over an hour and it is still at 4k.. i am not sure how to contact anyone for support on it so im posting here in hopes of some help

It definitely changes, it's just that at such high diff it can take a while to submit enough hashes for it to adjust. If you want to choose your own diff just use the --suggest-diff command in cgminer which ckpool respects.
