Now they are going to ship our products in half a year and say "whoops yeah no need for a refund now you have your product"
This is exactly what I'm afraid of. Yep. Same here. F**cking annoying :/ I really hope they are not reading now all your comments and getting ideas. Lmao LOL zurg, me too. but personally, that's exactly what i think this whole 'wait 3 months' nonsense is all about. we'll see i guess This is assuming they are still in business in 3 months. I think TH being in buisness then all depends if people really fall for the 25 percent up front of their hosting. They throw a super cheap number for power out.... but they also are in need of cash badly. They are taking salaries out of your pre-orders among so many other things. But the money has long dried up from pre-orders of thier hardware. This is a last ditch effort to try to stay alive. And all of the people who did not get refunds are funding it (assuming its true at all). Still funniest part is them in talks (assuming true) with another company to get hardware to host..... seems they dont have faith in their assembly.

Hi Amir/Terrahash.
A few questions:
1. Are we going to be given our 20% discount codes before you begin selling the new hosted miner service so we can apply them to the purchase?
2. Are previous customers going to be given the opportunity (24 hour invitation only sale?) to purchase the new service before the general public?
3. Are any of your chip orders showing as being in "preshipping" status? Sebastianju and others are reporting that theirs are, and you have some orders that are before theirs.

Read email again and say "customers will be able to buy blocks of 500 GigaHash of mining power for $3000 each" so with their "By only demanding a 25% reservation fee, we are reducing their risk significantly". So their smallest payment will be $750 dollars reservation if they do what they said.
Also might find it interesting that a company that has trouble with facts is so specific on power "2 PetaHash in November". If they are in talks and no contract has been signed how can you announce a exact amount of power and time frame?
Will be interesting if people actually buy into this.

I dont understand how they can have 2 PetaHash of mining power when they did not even ship a SINGLE order from their pre order page? What the ef? They are having trouble getting the chips for the pre orders let alone the freaking 2 PetaHash cr*p. This is just getting more and more ridicules. I swear, im starting to feel that after this PetaHash bs they will start on a plan C? :/

Are you new to the mining scene? They are ordering chips from one of the new ASIC manufacturers. Probably one of the following: HashFast, Cointerra, KnC. I imagine with a November launch it would be either HashFast or Cointerra. Once they receive the chips they will build out the boards and host them themselves. The only issue they have right now is BKKs unfinished firmware hooking up between K16s, once that is done they will STILL be waiting on Avalon chips likely. Yes, I am new to this So are you telling me that the hosting is gonna be full force before we recieve our boards? If that's the case that's just bull. TH needs to give me a refund I've been waiting for a month now

They should cancel Avalon order and convert existing orders to the new venture as well as refund who asks. Avalon is the lost cause at this point.

They honestly should. And 3 months is just stupid. We all know its a long stall. I am very skeptical about the time frame for them actually to be up and running with hosting....I just dont see it till after the New Year. So to start taking preorders so soon,,,,is about the equivelent of taking preorders for klondike boards back then, and we see how that has gone now. I feel its just another FUND raiser (the new preorder) to gain capital for expenses, and to cushion the blow right now for all the refunds they are facing on the klondikes,,and will have to be paid back. Seems the hole is just getting deeper for them bless their hearts

US companies sucks!!!
Correction. Nope, US company sucks!!! Look at BFL and now Terrahash. Terrahash hasn't answered any mails or tickets. Hasn't delivered anything and now ready for another sale pre-order, meaning they are continuing scamming people. Don't give me "they're not scammers because they will deliver next year" (like BFL) or "it's not their fault. BitSyncom is to blame because they didn't ship the chips". WRONG! Because no matter what, they are responsible for not answering and treat their customers like shit. Every legit company in my country will return funds when they can't deliver!!! And surely, not all companies sucks, because BitFury delivers! ASICMINER always had a great record regarding shipping, even that they were very overpriced. Just in case, I am talking about companies producing/selling ASIC miners. Now let's wait and see how the Swedish Knc will do.......

How else would you recommend I ask for my wired $ back? With a wire you are kinda screwed on easy options. No papal, or credit card protection. I would send a ticket asking for refund (they wont answer but it shows you are trying). After file a claim with better business bureau, some will give you flack for this but you have every right. But its a good option most likely TH will not respond to BBB either, but it legitimate companies take BBB seriously and work with them. Can also file at a state level. After that there is lawsuit route. With wire if they don't work with you it will not be easy.

It has been nearly 10 days Amir, where are the working k64's? Where is Terrahash? They are not responding to emails, tickets, voice call (mail box still not setup). They are obviously monitoring the forum though.
Let it be known that Terrahash has my chips today. So the two weeks clock starts now. I need to know what size and spec of fan to buy but I can't find the info as terrahash is not responding to anything.
Looks like someone called TH's bluff. Now we will see... Timer removed. End time: 2013-09-13+24:00:00EDT

Like I said earlier ,,,by the end of the year things are going to get pretty challenging to mine for BTC.. crazy hash rates on the horizon. http://www.coindesk.com/hashfast-tapes-out-400-ghsec-28-nm-mining-chip/what concerns me,,,I don't see BTC value rising proportionally to the difficulty yet..

what concerns me,,,I don't see BTC value rising proportionally to the difficulty yet.. Nor will it. There is no direct supply / demand correlation with difficulty. If anything, it could cause a larger availability of coins, as those who are getting them may need to sell immediately to pay for their ASICs.

When I ordered my 45 G/h June 18th from TH My expected earning where $128.00 per day. NOW after the next difficulty rise (in 1104 blocks to 98961309) My daily earnings would be $27.54 per day. Down $100.00 per day,,,and BTC was somewhere around where it is now.
