Guys sorry, I have tried not to stick my nose in here, but please explain why those of you who want refunds have not started the process with Paypal?
I guess most of us who want refund where not using Paypal .... I payed in BTC so Paypal does not apply ... Also, I believe that any of the early terrahash orders are out of paypal policy now... 45 days iir.

In regards to BKK, I dont believe he ever promised a k 64 board, he was developing a k16 only. Other developers like TH and so on, brought into the mix the k64 by chaining using i2c. With that said BKK did deliver on the k16 design. And he did refund anyone who he had finacial commitments to when the chips fell through. Anyone that still uses his board design for k16 in the future will still owe him licensing whether it be gen 1 or gen 2 chips that go in the k16. BKK hasn't deserted his post as some have suggested in here. He has given the required design for the working k16. So leave him out of the mix where k64 and TH are concerned. EDIT: If TH can't get the k64 to chain,,,they can always stick with the working k16 and ship that asap (4 per k64 ordered) Im sure no one would complain. Good point MMNC. The one thing that appears to be the problem is that BKK has not been able to work out the I2C issue to daisy chain multiple k16s together. I know he hasn't worked on the k64 expansion of the design. It seems like all of the DIY companies have been running into problems with I2C. If that function isn't worked out, we would have to buy a bunch of usb cables and hubs. At this point, I wouldn't mind doing that. Hey ,KL...also a good point...chaining the k16 vs. a bunch of usb cables .... thats true as well But would still work that way if all else fails. Sorta like having the Blades at that point that don't chain...hmmmm. I guess that was one of the better aspects of using the I2C,,,good point there. Not sure if that was in BKK's original design or came later on...chaining...either way I would be happy to have had 4 working k16's with usb vs. none at all

So far PayPal has done nothing for me. My Credit Card credited my account. After twisting PayPal's arm they finally escalated it to a claim. But they previously denied me, stating I had went past the 45 days. Even though I disputed on their site on the 43rd day. Next time I will start any future dispute by telephone and take their name. I guess if I paid with cash or Bitcoin I would start by reporting them with agencies like BBB and https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-6

You just have to talk to the right PayPal reps. "Others have went past the 45 days why not me!!!!!" will work.

Lets look at it like this,,If the chips do arrive, I really believe TH and others will work out the bug with the I2C issue. Otherwise they will have to build out the cases with an added built in hub and cables, which i agree would not be as much fun" but would still work but would up the cost per case unit. But I'm sure a solution is there they just havent pursued it with full force until the chips are a sure thing.

Also when you speak to someone on the phone if you say: "If you look at this merchants account it will be very clear to you that I am not the first one that has had this problem...." Worked for me waaaaaay past 45 days.

Any news from hchc? It's 2 weeks already. He should have received his k16 by now.
TH has a few more hours to ship the boards. Timer removed. End time: 2013-09-13+24:00:00EDT Nope no response from my multiple IMs last couple days. Last they told me they are "assembling" my boards to be ship out end of this week. Dunno what board, might as well be a bunch of cardboard So it's official. TH has FAILED. The clock is actually being generous. My chips has been in their possession for more than 15 days. And I'm willing to compensate for their incompetence by accepting K16 instead of K64 (by buying extra hubs and cables). They claim a lot of things and succeed in none. But what can we do? We are being held hostage at this point. They don't even have the gut to speak up. The only saving grace for them is to overnight my order over the weekend but that is wishful thinking. Have a good weekend guys. the only positive out of this disaster is bargraph can finally be silent per his own statement. unfortunately it wont help you hchc, should just sold the chips looking back sorry bud

I will take back what I've said about Terrahash if they do not have something substantial to show at the end of this timer.
I'd rather them spill their guts asking for help on the firmware from the community than them quietly sit back and say nothing at all.
Was really looking forward to this.
