I think people are waiting for a massive rise of bitcoin and today is still not enough for them to say thats it, im fine with the price. With the prediction of some top businessmen in the world that bitcoin might rise up to $45k next year, it is very wise to hold bitcoin as long as you can to profit big when you are ready to harvest what you sow in bitcoin.

Agree with you!  those buddies who hold BTC for 2 years now they are living blissful life and still investing on other good projects.
we have not miss chance yet .. we can buy Bitcoin and get huge profit in next year.

People are holding bitcoin because as you can see, the value of bitcoin has been increasing. There may be some instances wherein it decreases but if you look into it in a timely manner, the trend is just it keeps getting higher and higher. The more vitcoin you hold the more profits you will reap.
