Why people are holding Bitcoin?

This is a really easy question. Why should not people hold Bitcoin? It price increases every day, the more long time you wait, the more profit you get.

I agree because people are believing in bitcoin they wait for the bitcoin value to rise so they can make a lot of profit because that is the smartest thing to do right now. do nothing and wait.

What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?

people are holding bitcoin because many of us well including me, we do believe that bitcoin will be more valuable in the next year and bitcoin also increases its value as time goes by, though there are falling of value sometimes. people are just waiting for the price to get higher so they will gain profit from their bitcoins and to avoid regrets.

The reason is simple. They are awared how volatile Bitcoin is. They know that declines on its market value and fluctuations are just normal. They are holding their Bitcoin even if the price is falling because they know that it will eventually increase so for them yhere's nothing to worry about which I think, is the righ thing to do.

Because people know that you can make a lot out of it and that is why people hold them and do not sell it is going down at the moment but people are still not selling it because they know that it will go back at a higher price.

just like me they want their investment to get big in value plus im also using bitcoin to buy my stuffs online and have my electronic load its good to hold bitcoin

I will not anymore use my bitcoin to buy stuffs and have my phone be loaded using bitcoins.  It is too precious for me to spend it on things which I can use my money to buy for those things.  Just like you said, holding bitcoin is almost the same as having an investment.  Bitcoin even when just placed in our wallets gives us income which if we put on bank will not gives us the same interest.  So I will be glad to hold my bitcoins and wait for the time when it reached my target price.

Waiting and being patient are key factors to get a maximum profit out of the bitcoin world . If you panic sell each time bitcoin's value drops you'll find yourself out of funds and you'll see how it's value got up again and even surpassed it's previous numbers . Holding to your coins and believing in them is what makes people rich and it's a small risk high reward thing because bitcoin proved itself capable of getting up stronger after each hard fork or correction .

I Myself is holding my bitcoins, the reason is that bitcoin prices are extremely rising up these days and I have a goal in mind, when bitcoin price reach my goal price that is the time i will sell it or maybe buy something out it. I am just hoping that it won't be too late when the bitcoin prices starts to go down again, as this is always expected in market, prices can go up and down and nothing is different with bitcoins, bitcoins might be on top this days but it can go down anytime soon, so as long as I have reach my goal for the prices of my bitcoins which is most likely attainable, I will start selling my bitcoins and collect profit from it and maybe invest again in other altcoins.

I think they believe the price will increase in future. Its digital currency with no fix price. Before holdin they maybe first check the history when they come to know the price is increasing since 2009 and not falling they start investing with bitcoins.

Those people who invest with Bitcoin in 2009 and hold the coins are now millionaire.

This is a really easy question. Why should not people hold Bitcoin? It price increases every day, the more long time you wait, the more profit you get.

It's not profit if you don't sell it or use it to buy things.
I have feeling that some people will hold bitcoins forever.
It is like gold, people invest in gold when they are young, live whole life and finally they die and never sell gold.

In my case i hold bitcoin for my future this is my precious investment so far and im optimistic that the price of bitcoin will surge even higher in coming months or year. Thinking of security and safety is not a real thing when investing in bitcoin, true the price is good now but we do not know what will be in the future.
We are just basing our decision on our prediction and since the market is not stable anything can happen, including the possibility of not seeing the price to go up based on our expectation, we should be ready with and make sure we have made a plan on what to do in any situation.
