What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
BTCThat is what most investors do, most business opportunities only favour those who have been through the thin and thick with it, you can't just go into any form of investment and then expect to always be making profits that's not possible in any investment, there are the good times and there are the bad times and the bad times for any crypto is surely when the price drops, if you can hold on to your coins during the drop then you can be sure to make more profit when the market fully rebounds. |

I think bitcoin price will be higher in the future may be it will be the digital gold someday.
They believe that the price of the bitcoin in the market is will get more valuable. Like me I
hold bitcoin because believe some day the value of it will increase.

I think people are holding bitcoin bcoz the price of bitcoin is rising. Its rising fast and

first he does not really need the money, the logic if I really need the money then I will sell some of my Bitcoin, and the second he is a person who has a strong goal, so he promises not to sell his Bitcoin whatever happens.. |

People are holding their bitcoin because they feel safe by saving their assets in bitcoin. And may be people wait when the value of bitcoin raise up more so they will get more benefits.

People use to hold bitcoins because the biycoin analyst says that its price will touch 10k $ mark in 2018. And in the current month people has witnessed that its price has jumped from around 4k to 6k. So that was a good jump in crypto market. So peiple beleive in its rise.
they all believe it and it's been proven that many of the bitcoin watchers can still catch more than $ 10k so do not throw away your bitcoin before it reaches the highest price even the highest.. all markets say the bitcoin jump is like a step tiger legs ran within seconds  |

No one knows that because it depends your target, the market don't give you the highest price of Bitcoin, it will be create by the demand and target of the traders in the market. So, you can't sell your Bitcoin at highest price if you have not target. |

People keep holding their bitcoin because they believe that it will continue to increase which is true. Whne you keep your bitcoin in your wallet and the price increases it will give more profit to you even you are not doing anything. Even the bitcoin price dump people still tend to hold than to sell it because they knew that after that dump will be follow by a big pump on it. We just need to wait for it. |

People see bitcoin as an investment. People who have knowledge about bitcoin stopped buying gold. Because BTC will be new gold in the future. They believes on it. You are right about bitcoin fell down in past.But ıf you think 2017 it also increased rapidly. People believe that bitcoin are going to rise its own value day by day. If you believe that too, you may hold it. If you don't, sell them all. |

Nowadays, people hoding bitcoin in order to have a good profit in the future when its value is high enough. It also a good opportunity to invest to those investors and traders which gives profit. In some case its value is fluctuating from time to time but it still increase after few moments.  |

Today the focus is more on holding Bitcoin as a long term investment. This is confirmed by the growing interest from professional investors. I believe that the focus will revert back to method of payment as Bitcoin wallets and exchanges become more user friendly.

I do think the main reason that some people hold bitcoins was due to price changes which increases frequently than reduction of its value. I think they just want to effectively gain profit from the bitcoin they have or maybe its one of their trading techniques. One possible reason also is that they might be waiting for an opportunity for a good investment and allocate it on such. |

Bitcoins price is rapidly increasing now a day as every one can see. There are many people in the world who predicted that bitcoin will reach 10k $ in comming years and will become a international currency which is accepted all over the world. So due to this most of the people hold bitcoin now. In fact most of the people do not have any other option. Although bitcoin has a very good potential to increase its price and we already seen for so many times in past, People already have take good profit from bitcoin and still they are expecting that the price of bitcoin will continue increasing, and that is also a reason that they are holding their bitcoins. |

The simple reason encouraging so many people to hold Bitcoin is that the price is volatile and they believe it will increase highly in the future. Thats why they keep investing in BTC and holding it for long periods.
However there is some risk involved because the price could going down.
