someone holds Bitcoin because they know Bitcoin will crawl up much higher than it is now. therefore they prefer to hold Bitcoin.
Yeah it's true, many peopke still believe that bitcoin value will rise up again as what had happened this few days. Bitcoin on it's peak. If you bought that before then price now is higher you gain already. Buy at when tha price is low, and sell when the price is high . That's the reason why they still hold bitcoin. |

Because they wait will happen. Bitcoin has tremendous value and people's starting to grab small harvest now. That's why many peoples are patient holding bitcoin.

I truly beleive that Bitcoin is here to stay. It will probably take a few more years to stabalize.
People HOLD bitcoin for no other reason except speculation IMO.
If they are holding for no reason then there is no reason to hold because you need to have a goal or target for your investment in order to have discipline and clear vision in the future. Bitcoin is an investment and because of their speculation they are thinking and believing that bitcoin will reach to a very high price and that is why they are holding bitcoin. You don't use speculation on building up an investment. You only base speculation on a trading plan in which you have a limited analysis and information on something that you are basing your gut for holding such thing and in this case it is Bitcoin. Right now people are holding Bitcoin hoping that they will be brought by the tides of the price action so that they can profit afterwards. |

For sure those people have patience and Until now they hold their bitcoin for sure they will earn a lot of profit thats the good reason why the people hd their bitcoin because they want more profit. Buy more bitcoin and hold it for few months and for sure you will some profit. But invest only you can afford to lose because they have possible the price will decrease even the price continue increasing .

People are holding there bitcoin even in there critical situations because they know about the virtual nature of Bitcoin. They know that there is no fun of selling Bitcoin when the price is low because the price will surely rise. Moreover Bitcoin is best for longterm investment.So holding your bitcoin is always profitable.

People who have bought their coins below $1000 price won't hesitate in selling their coins at this stage as they have already made huge profits by holding it till now but I am sure they will be looking for even higher profits and in that case they will prefer to hold their coins for long term. |

Because the value is unpredictable it may go up or go down. but for sure if you hold it for long, you'll be freaking rich just like owning a house and lot this is something precious gift that we will encounter.

Exactly. and it's turned out well in the recent past that whatever price that you would buy your initial stock of Bitcoin it always grows in value over time no matter how many times it falls in value and so people feel safe holding them in their wallets for a long time. |

the price of bitcoin has over the weeks proved that bitcoin is a worthy investment and also tends to appreciate even more in time to come. i would do the same as an investor. thats enough reason to hold back bitcoin.

Exactly. People are holding bitcoins because they hope for a gain in the future but Bitcoin was not designated to be a digital asset but a digital currency. It's pure speculation at the moment, a lot of people are involved in it and they are waiting for X% gain |

in my opinion, why people store bitcoin is because bitcoin is a rare item. the more rare the price will be higher. in 2017 this price reaches $ 6000 though now is down, compare at the time of 2013, it has been very much the difference.
what if the price goes down? that's a risk factor. the important thing is trying. the end result depends on luck.

For me, people still holding bitcoin because maybe it has a positive effect in their life. So that, they continue holding their bitcoin to become their life become better. We all know that if we used bitcoin their is posibility that our life have a brighter future. |
