I wasn't really surprised by the KYC regulations in several casinos including the one you mentioned, that's why I chose Stake because they didn't ask me to do KYC for withdrawing tens of dollars let alone small money, but I don't want to compare which is the best of all sites gambling platform because I believe that every casino has different rules too, so why stick around at that casino.

Afaik uploading ID + selfie photo is more than enough for most cases. Utility bill or bank statement is just complicated and I think there should be a better reason for any site to ask such document from their players. It does not make senses if utility bill is being asked for small withdrawal request. I do not even think that pure fiat casinos ask that complicated KYC verification, at least based on my own experience in local fiat casinos. Holy moly! KYC for 50 bucks itself was outrageous, but KYC for 20 bucks along with so much documentation is just plain insanity. I never gambled at Bitsler and I will never recommend it just because of your issue.

Personally, I would submit KYC only if it's related to big withdrawals or if they find something legitimately suspicious related to my account.

I always make a small deposit (only crypto) on the sites that I join, but when there are promotions (mostly sportsbet related) I try to take advantage of it (higher odds, risk free bets, ...). It can be shocking that casinos ask you KYC for low amounts, but it happened to me already a couple of times that I got used to it lol.
