Just got sign up on stake but straight up am asked to verify some few informations such like a level 1 KYC,  I thought I will only be demanded for this if I have withdrawal request that is the high amount or have exhibited some suspected behaviour and not upon registration.


I am just curious as for why they are demanding me to make KYC verification at the point of my account opening, Has anyone here experienced a similar thing before?

This rule applies to all new users but if you create an account a few years ago then you don't need to go through this KYC process, try to remember who knows you have an old account    If you ask why you have to go through KYC, of course this is a global rule to avoid money laundering, the difference is in another casino you will be asked by KYC if your transaction reaches $2000 whereas here KYC is needed when creating an account, at least you don't feel trapped when asking for withdrawal.

So originally on my platinum 2 account I always got like 22 or 25$ , 2 months ago this was lowered to 8$ and as of now we are standing at 5$, totally forgot to claim it.

It would be interesting to know what amount of money needs to be wagered for them to see that account as being "active" ....surely you cannot simply wager $100 and still get the "active" account bonus?

This will turn people into a hamster in a wheel, where you have to run to get nowhere.    I never get more money than I had to wager to get it.... so you are moving backwards all the time.... or just spinning the wheel.

Majority of the casinos have lowered their rewards, and this is not far from the various degrees of lower turn over in business and we have to understand that with  them for now and look forward to a better outcome in the nearest future, its indeed a challenging time the market and allot have happened lately that may have triggered stake to lowered that percentage payment for a d it may not be unrelated to the recent crisis faced by stake.
Revenue have drooped and allot of casinos may have to adjust for a while before they pick up again.

What do you mean with 7$ and 34$. Does it tell you anywhere what to expect as a bonus? I never have heard that before.
Maybe you mean the bonus part of the statistics on the right. That doesn't mean you will get this number. It mean that's what you have gotten in bonus money over the last 24 hours/ 7 days/ 14 days/ 30 days. 

Also, "maybe stake had better better bonus some time ago" must be the understatement of the century.
The bonus system had been cut by at least 66% , if not more, over the past 2 years. There is no "maybe" about that. Everybody here can tell you that.

If you are a bronze vip you can't be with stake for long, so you missed those times when the bonus was actually good and fair. Now many sites offer at least the same. Stake and bonus is not the best offer anymore, trust me.

Yeah I meant those numbers and I see they are not the same.This though does not mean that I am with Stake from not so long,I am since December 2021 but I only play with signature money so I never have deposited anything of my own there,I am always in profit for this simple fact and that is why during such a long time I am only Bronze but not for long as I will be Silver soon,am near 60% of this VIP level.

I think it makes sense, maybe the Stake team wants to give a bonus so that users can bet on Champions League matches. Usually on the first match or the first day the enthusiasm of users is greater, considering that it is where the Champions League starts. And for users who do not bet because they do not have money, they can use the bonus they receive to bet on the Champions League.

Of course, I do not spend all what I earn from campaign or other sources to gamble, I have my own way to manage gambling funds.

If you all are talking about the wager requirement to get tickets, then I must say I personally do not find it difficult to get.
I as a casual gambler have been able to get one ticket at the time and just through Stake's original dices.

So, in my mind it would not take much for anyone with a big enough budget to accumulate several tickets.

I think Eddie explained it, when he said that there usually have to be a month between the time that the monthly was paid and when it will be paid again. I think the last monthly was on the 22th of August and there was 31 days in August... so the monthly might be dropped on the 21st of September this time. 

In any way, they paid a pre-monthly ....which should be enough to tie people over to the monthly, even if it is a bit late. I think people should just relax and forget about the #freemonthly that Eddie promised, that was just for show.

Maybe it is easy to say relax but those who expected the monthly bonus as promised by Eddie are now starting to angry/disappointed and say that Eddie is a liar. I cant also agree that it was just for the show, there was something else if it is true that the #freemonthly was trending after the stream.
