You may get lucky one day. You have to keep playing responsibly so that your losses won't be big and you can still enjoy gambling. Perhaps, it will still take some time because no one knows when we can get that luck. True. I had a similar "problem" with pokerstars. They wanted an address verification because I changed it from Germany to Japan. Sent documents of bills and so on, all denied because they were in Japanese. What do they expect?

When you live in a country you get the documents/bills in local language. Sites should see it for what it is.

In your case with pokerstars, if I had to guess on what happened. I would say that the customer support agent likely had many tickets on them and when realized your documents were in Japanese just did not care or mind to translate or move the case to someone else who could have solve it instead.

If there is something I have learnt from friend's experiences is that having and keeping a proficient costumer support team can be difficult. It is a tiring and ungrateful job because one deals only with people who are likely mad or impatient, that would affect anyone's mindset eventually.

That is why I try to be gentle when dealing with them.

The user is a resident of Thailand, and he had submitted electricity bill documents which were in Thai language. Stake team has rejected the documents. Even they didn't accept his documents which were in English. The submitted documents need to be in 'Latin international format' as Stake.com accepts this format only. Utility bills are in local language in most of the Asian countries. So, the level 3 and level 4 verification will be complicated for a lot of gamblers who live in Asia.
