Well, things like this sometimes make me wonder how can your bonus $0.01 if your wager is $1000 per week obviously this doesn't make any sense, if you play Dice game with a wager of $1000 you will get back 30% of the house edge about $3 and if it is divided into 3 categories rakeback, monthly and weekly and for weekly at least you get $0.5-$1 this calculation may differ based on your VIP level but still $0.01 is not worth it. In your case i suspect there are 2 possibilities you miscalculated the wager or there is a problem with the weekly bonus I mean only on your account and some people while mine is not included, I suggest that you immediately confirm through support.

However, as long the complaints & showing are expressed in a normal way (not accusing stake like false accusations using scam things, etc) nothing wrong at all. It's strange but sadly people who like to complain, complain about everything. Especially when it comes to free stuff. It isn't either enough, it was distributed wrongly, it stopped or some people without accounts weren't included into it. Either that or there's a big conspiracy behind it without any evidence. When people are used to something, some of them are so fixated into that, that any kind of change will break them.

Yeah, that's exactly the point many of those complaining about the bonus doesn't realize, I am yet to reach the VIP status on stake, but even at this, I still get some weekly and monthly bonuses when ever its distributed, though its not always a very big amount like in the hundreds of dollars, but sometimes, it still runs into tens of dollars, and can I tell you what?, there are some weeks and months i always forget to claim those bonuses until they expire.

The slash in the bonuses shouldn't be something that will cause an issue where some users begin to doubt the casino, they never asked for bonuses, stake on their own decided to reward their users through that, but then, i will not so much blame those that are complaining though, they probably have been earning the bonuses very long before now and have gotten so used to it that it has become like something Stake owes them.

I don't think it is free money, we get part of our wager in the form of different bonuses. The weekly is too low for your account considering you have wagered over $2000 and get only $0.01 lol. I don't know, maybe you have more than 1 account on a platform and they reduced bonuses drastically. That last promo you mentioned is not as good as Christmas during December, even drop amounts are almost 50% off without a second monthly bonus.

It seems like you're the same one who forgot to even claim the bonus until it expired, even though it's a small amount but it's enough for me to play my favorite game for the next few hours with minimum bet.

The thing is this.... people are getting used to a certain type of treatment and now things have been changed. It is not that they are ungrateful, but rather that they are noticing the decline in the amount that are being paid.

How can it be strange while it is normal in any business where the customers express their complaints about the product(s),  it is also curtomer's right to complain. The complaint is not about free stuff because it is related to weekly and monthly bonus which are based on user's activities in the casino but yes the complaints is about the change on the bonus calculation (can be mis-calculation). No doubt that casino has the right to change anything in their system, anytime as they wish but on the other side, customers also has the right to express what they feel about the change. Maybe you can say like this because you do not experience it yourself like those who get so low weekly/monthly bonus while they are playing actively even losing some money. "Free stuff", I'm getting triggered when I read something like this. 

When it comes to casino bonuses or incentives nothing is actually free. You have to wager for it, lose for it, deposit in the first place. It is not free. People are getting lured in with incentives likes bonus amounts and over times they cut those amounts to small % of what they once were. Promises are being made, such as "once you get to this level your rewards will stay forever" and 1 year or some months later these things don't exist anymore.

Yes, it depends on us seeing how the results are obtained when looking at things like RTP, in the end we play with our own decisions. Playing on slot games with high RTP is not wrong, but playing on games with low RTP is also not wrong at all. In the end I also see many people who only play on their own favorite games without seeing anything that many others see.
