All this rubbish around domain is also in my opinion for distraction.
Nforce didn't turn off servers by the look of it, if they can publish updates in news section.
What is the problem to buy any domain and resume services while fixing issue with old domain?

Yeah, and if they actually cared and planned on coming back, they would announce their progress elsewhere (like on twitter). It's not as if everyone of their customers uses the telegram or this forum. So, if their domain is on hold, how would most people who would just type "coinsmarkets.com" into their browser and don't know to manually enter the specific ip addresses supposed to see any updates? They're doing just enough to get people off of their backs. They're not acting like a legitimate business so the reasonable conclusion is that they'r not a legitimate business.

There are many different ways you can look at this, scam or no scam, but it really makes no difference in the end. The best thing for everyone to do is to just accept the fact that we've lost everything on CM, stop worrying about it, move on and focus on earning what you lost back. Check in once a week and maybe we get a really nice bonus at some point in the future if CM comes back online and we get our coins back.

CM asks you fools to stop spreading FUD. I think you should listen to them and let them do their work to get things running again. You are shooting in your own foot with all this stupid desperate behaviour. So keep your mouth shut, stop calling people just based on things you really don't know for 100% and show patience. If CM wanted to rob you, they would have done it already a long time ago.

If you've bought B3 on CM it's normal when your balance is zero in blockexplorer.

If you've deposited it and never used for trading - time to worry about it.

If you've bought B3 on CM it's normal when your balance is zero in blockexplorer.

I am sure if they do not return all coins to me and others, they will be worried walking on the streets.

Open Letter to CoinsMarkets Owner,

This has gone on long enough and its time to resolve this problem once and for all. The value of coins you’re holding from members is significant and you simply have no way of knowing the capabilities of some of those people you’re impacting. This is a very dangerous game you’re playing and its time to put all the speculation to rest and fix this problem...

If this isn’t an exit scam you need to come clean to everybody about your true identity and the problems you’re having. If revealing your identity is a problem you can still open a line of communication with members while staying anonymous. Simply post a link to your newbie profile from your newsfeed then start talking to the community in this thread.

As I’m sure you know, the bitcointalk community has some very knowledgeable and helpful people that would be happy to assist you anyway possible. You have an entire community with resources at your fingertips if you would simply open up a line of communication with the community. If you take advantage of this invitation to talk with members I think the community could help you get all your problems resolved in short order.

That is exactly what I also pointed out... Netherlands authorities are right one and someone who knows local language should report it, so authorities can seize servers.

First thing - CM didn't ask anything and didn't communicate anything, not even mentioning way of "suppose to be communication".
Second thing - is a friendly advise - go to a doctor... you have serious emotional problems.
Third thing - stop spreading anger and keep discussion on proper level. We don't need content-less blah blah like you just posted. Keep facts going not stories pulled out of the a**.

They don't need to "buy time" lol. They can just shut the servers down and transfer all the money to their own wallet, cash them out on an exchange and move out of the country. This isn't a movie.

This is what an honest and competent person would do. CoinsMarkets has show themselves to be neither of those things.

Nothing will change. Late next week they'll post some new garbage update in their news feed where they blame the customers somehow.

And their loyal followers will say "See guys! CoinsMarkets is definitely coming back! Stop spreading FUD!"

Well, everyone is hoping for this to happen, which is, for them to go back in their usual business state but I honestly doubt it. Like what I said in my previous post (few days ago), if they are really doing their best, they should have solved it already. Given the time that they are out of business, that is, I think, ample of time to fix everything. Many people have their valuable coins stuck there and hoping for them to recover it but as the day goes by, the hope of it becoming true is fading away. Sad moments for those who lost their coins with this exchange.
