Hold off on dividends for a while.... I hope not, I am in the four digit range for shares and frankly would like to convert some coin to fiat while the prices are ridiculously high! Just nugging $300 USD! I don't think it is going to hold that high for long. +1 I would love to cash in some dividends/coin it's over 321 in Australia

A safety deposit box is looking like a mighty fine idea Probably, but still cash under the mattress works. I have made some serious profits since June and I think it's time to convert some to cash and add it to the 15% I normally keep in cash. I used it on one of the exchanges and setup 'buys' as 220, and 250 USD, so when the panic sets in I can make cash on the rebound. Just like when they arrested the drug selling moron! Glad to be rid of him.

You bring up a good point. I will have to look at Amagi Metals and see what an ounce of gold is selling for. 1 ounce Gold bar for 4.48 BTC Oh, I might be ordering some more for the pile! PS> Amagi uses Bitstamp pricing for their sales, I asked the owner. Good chatting, time for the pub!

Deprived hasn't posted in a while, what is the status update?
A couple of people (me included) have tried sending PMs to him both here and on the litecoin forum. He hasn't logged in here since the 30th, and on the litecoin forum since the 6th. His last post on the 27th (where he mentioned paying a weeks' worth of DMS.MINING dividends in advance) suggested he intended to be away for a bit, but we are well beyond that now. There could be absolutely nothing to report while he is looking for a new exchange, but a status update would be nice.

Looking for a new exchange and keeping investors updated and rewarded are different things. Don't you guys worry about your invested coins that are not working for you since Nov 3rd? It's unusual for Deprived to be so silent. I'm starting to worry about him actually...

DMS wallet address is public: 1CzJY7pVkCqDjUtycHzFgeTTbbWokqYuXo You can see the 128 BTC listed in the last balance sheet is still there, and 22BTC (I think it is the CIPERMINE.B1 dividend) was deposited to that address on 1 Nov. Therefore, I believe Deprived will not disappear with the fund. What really worries me is that maybe something terrible happened on Deprived so that he cannot access the Internet now. Really wish nothing serious and finger crossed. BTW, after this wish him to be in drunk mode less often and that will be both good for him and for us investors

LTC-ATF owners got paid out the quoted NAV/U when that fund closed. Doing a runner seems unlikely. I believe that woodrake knows Deprived personally; unfortunately she is still on her honeymoon (due back at the end of the week, I think). When she returns we can ask her what's up with Deprived, if he doesn't surface before then.

I asked woodrake - Deprived is not replying to her.
Maybe we should seek somebody who knows Deprived's identity (burnside?) to try to contact Deprived. I hope he is ok.

I've already asked burnside; he doesn't know him. He suggested asking woodrake, but she obviously hasn't heard anything from him.

Wow, can't believe that creativex pulled a runner. Highly doubting that Deprived has done the same - he's smart enough to make more money by investing and fund managing than a semi-long con. Hopefully he's just temporarily out of contact.

Agreed. There isn't that much left in the fund compared to a month or two ago and Deprived has a large share of it himself. It would've been far more logical to run off a while ago. Nevertheless, it's a bit worrying that we've not heard anything from him in some time. His account was last logged in on 30 october, but he was last online on the Litecoin forum on 6 november, which is just a week ago.

Havelock just announced they were bought by a 'licensed' Panamanian company. Hmmm, who do we know that was just doing Bitcoin business in Panama? I wonder.
