Ok it's enough. I give up. After 99.9% the Prob section disappeared and it's 12 more hours since then without results I've been searching a long list of addresses for a while now. Once in a while it ends up like this: Next match difficulty: 39007422227 (14732 prefixes) [8.57 Mkey/s][total 266644488192][Prob 99.9%] It reaches 99.9% much more often than it should, this should happen only once every 1000 searches on average. It feels like I get better results if I restart it when this happens, as if it has been stuck. All settings remain the same. I think it might be a bug in oclvanitygen.

no, thats randomness. its impossible to tell how "far" you are to find what your looking for, its just a very crude approximation. restarting it wont change anything, just reset that approximation.

Hello everybody It's been 2 days since I've broken my head trying to solve the oclVanitygen problem more it does not want and I can not figure out why. Is that I hurt. Of course I am reader of this card and I have been read in less to less than 100 pages to try a little more it does not work :-( I think I have missed a detail or an idea that I did not I also have the latest NVIDIA driver (the 385.69 for GeForce GT 520M PILOTE may be too new) for my small GPU but I would like to see the difference with Vanitygen which suits it perfectly then I persevere but I need to have the latest version, Help me find car there really I can not get there. I have assigned the GPU from the NVIDIA Command Center to the oclVanitygen.exe program but here is the error that brings me as a recurring member as well as command line options made. yes i still run vanitygen as oclVanitygen from the same folder in which i did the extraction after downloading. In this folder are these 2 files cacert.pem calc_addrs.cl For the file cal_addrs.cl I edited and saved from the link provided above Here I just update driver and OpenCl library from this link https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/opencl-drivershttps://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.htmlThe intel drivers also support Nvidia cards unless specific extansions are in the code which is not my case. If by BCC you mean Bitcoin Cash, then yes, you can. All vanity addresses with a balance at Fork time now also hold Bitcoin Cash.

I made a new rack with cards amd Radeon rx 560 4 GB. One for 8 cards, 64 RAM, 8 cores, 16 streams. The second one with the same card. Purely for tests. New clean OS. Kubuntu 17.04. Lates amd drivers for linux. But there is still a moment when the program hangs on one of the cards. The moment of attack is from 40 minutes to several days. But if with nvidia you could leave the application or kill it forcibly. In this case, not ctrl-C, not kill -9 does not help. Only reboot the entire operating system. How to fix this? CPU load looks pretty high. If it works on 100% most of the time I would expect failures and system shutdown due to high CPU temperature.

A couple of question about https://vanitypool.appspot.com/1) How can I know if I have to use compressed or uncompressed keys for the search? For example, in this case: https://vanitypool.appspot.com/availableWork --> 11111111 can I use only compressed keys? 2) split -key generator feature: if I made a my own program that computes not only P + k*G (where P is the public key provided to start from) but -(P + k*G) too, can I claim the reward? If 's' is the secret private key of P (P=s*G), then the new private key would be : -(s*G + k*G) => -(s+k) = n - (s+k) where n = 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFEBAAEDCE6AF48A03BBFD25E8CD0364141 is the group order of the curve.
