Hashfast's latest e-mails seem to indicate that teen 'wunderkid' Garrett's assembly line is what Hashfast is depending upon to fill the MPP and EVO orders/upgrades.

And when those deliveries fail, HF will say it's Garrett's fault.

Excuse my ignorance but what happened to the super manufacturing facility Ciara?  Not trolling, but weren't they supposed to crank out all if the preorders in days.

I would like to point out that per following page
http://hashfast.com/shop/chipsales/
Quote
Hashing Output: Up to 800 GH/s (overclocked)
Hashing Output: 400 GH/s (nominal)
those are the same chips that will go into Yoli Evo boards that are advertized as
Quote
Typical Bitcoin Mining Performance:  675 GH/s +/- 20% [540-810 GH/s]
That above 400 GH/s performance is from already overclocking the equipment. Since MPP supposed to be based on nominal hashing rate of 400 GH/s and not on overclocked rate and be 4x not 2-3x of overclocked board.

Also, how are you supposed to cool 675 GH/s ~ 740W board ?

HashFast REFUND ! I am a HashFast's Batch 1 customer and I want full 100% BTC refund.

will this be extended to batch 2,3 and 4 after 31st March?

I'm not in a position to say. You'd have to ask de Gallo. I speculate that it might, if enough batch 2, 3, and 4 customers got on board.

got a response back about my refund, so i'm going with that. to hell with waiting another 3 months for a rig that isn't going to break even.
i'd be better of putting it into my 5 year cloudhashing account. i see that as less of a gamble!

raskul  You  got a response about your refund? When was the first time u ask for your refund. I am already ask them since end january. And they will only request in the order they receive... I am now waiting nearly 3 months... and they still havent send my refund.
I mail , call them 1000 times and they ingore.. trust me, they also dont have clear answers.. they cant tell specefic datums or name up a week when they send u the refund.

First of all, even if they react, it dont mean nothing, they lie and they have excuses to delay everything, thats why they cant name up a datum. They are to scare to answer that kind of e-mails, because they know they want to hold as long as they can your money.

I heard from people that already ask their refund in december and still havent receive it, so the thing is, they dont request in the order they receive, they tried to delay everything up, because they have lawsuits and they are developing,  that is their priority.. the support and paying customers are not their priority, they can stuck.. that is what Hashfast thinking.

For people that ask or request now for their refund can wait another 3-4 months minimal before they send u a refund. trust my words. Hashfast is worser then Butterfly, they should go on CNN for amazing fraud.

I guess you must be the type of client Gallo wants to represent?

I tried to apply (their website is retarded up to a point, can't fill in a European phone number due to US syntax checking) but I got my Batch #1 ones (no MPP though

Thanks for your answers.  Unfortunately, based on them, we cannot currently agree to represent you.  Currently, we are only representing Batch1 customers who purchased by September 5, 2013, paid in bitcoin, did not recieve a bitcoin refund, and did not cash a check for a dollar refund.  We will contact you if that changes and we believe you have claims that can be economically arbitrated.  In the meantime, remember that every claim is subject to a statute of limitations. In  California, a claim for breach of contract must be brought within four years of the date of the breach, and a claim for fraud must be brought within three years of the date of the breach.  So, do not wait too long to pursue your claims if you wish to do s o.

Gallo aims at a BTC refund, he probably signed that refund and release agreement and agreed to a USD refund. Also, what gallo is not quoting is that such customers must have requested a refund before the 15th of January, as per tos...

I guess De Castro's mom gave him his allowance and, with that, the second batch was closed at two orders.  (Simon's dad paid for the other.  In Bitcoin mining, time is everything.)

Once that we see them in jail we can call this closed. That court order doesn't really mean a lot.

Does the HashFast design work?  That is, are there a significant number of working machines?

I try to be respectful and informed.

It works, but the customers are not receiving them. They have kilos of ASICs, see the last joke from garret (garret paying for a production line for HF, making 300 boards per day starting april 4th)... They are gonna get everything out of the company and then close it.

Hi BitchImightbe,

Appreciate your patience in my response, we've been quite busy here.

If you wished to purchase ASICs in bulk, this requires a two phase entrance:

- The Golden Nonce ASIC Evaluation Kit (EVK), provides the board design files (BOM, Schematic, Gerbers/PCB layout files) and hardware development samples (one working Golden Nonce mining board, and two Golden Nonce ASICs) for US $10,000. The purpose of the evaluation kit is to help you decide if you want to move forward with your own designs and products that use the Golden Nonce ASIC.

- Beyond the EVK, if you choose to move forward with designs and products, you will need to purchase a Hardware Development Kit (HDK) for $25,000 (note we credit the initial $10k invested from the EVK). This provides everything you need (e.g., microcontroller software, manufacturing and test tools, and technical support) to be able to ramp mass production for products that use the Golden Nonce ASIC.

- We cost the ASICs starting at $800 each, with discounts starting in quantities over 500.

We greatly appreciate your interest in HashFast and our Golden Nonce ASICs. We're proud that we have the fastest products in the industry, better than anyone else, and we have every intention of continuing to innovate for our volume partners.

Let me know if I can answer any questions here. Or if you're ready to move forward, please provide the organization name, address, and phone and method of payment (we accept wire and BTC).

Thanks,

Joe
