I think you can trust the ICO Ratings only partially. Of course, this is a good tool that allows you to narrow the range of search for a good ICO, but ICO Ratings will not give a 100% guarantee of success.

ICO rating is part of the tool you should use in accessing a project!  Using ICO rating alone will not give you the whole picture of quality you are looking for in an ICO.  ICO rating is good but not enough!

Never rely and trust the ratings of Ico . You must learn to choose good projects without the help of rating

No! I am always categorical in this regard. Of course, many understand that this is psychological pressure on people. Because this is a very many times tested method. I'm sure that this time people will not believe them.

should take into account that the rating is made by certain people according to one of the known criteria.
we do not know what they base their assessment on and whether it is fair.
Also, investors decide whether to invest money in it or not.

One of reffernece is good to see. ICObench, ICOrating only as one of the reference factors when we will invest on a project. But we also should not be too trust in these websites. The best result is when we do our own research on the project that we will invest. So  the ico rating website is just one of our references when we going to do deeper research on a project. I trust more on tokenmarket.net. There are many new ICO rating like now. Tokenmarket is the first.

Exactly, this ico ratings gives only the very summary starting from its overall project and to its team etc. Own research is a responsibility for your own so if this ratings from the site has different compare with your own ratings.

We believe all of the ratings over there. but one thing, the success of every project is not based on how they rated on such website. Those are part of the stepping stone to have a good record and good value.

I see many Websites that provide ratings for ongoing ICOs or for the future. Examples such as the ICObench.com Website, ICOrating.com and others.

Which is my question whether you believe in the rating provided by the website. Seeing many ICO's do not match what they value. Many ICOs are arguably good ratings but when the token sales of the project only reach softcap. And there are projects that I see have a fairly mediocre rating but their token sales reach hardcap. I took the example of Lalaworld on ICObench.com they get Rating 3.7 but their token is sold out.

So let's discuss ICO Rating!
I don't know how do you gather 2 merit points because it seems your post does not help the community. Your topic was discussed several times in this forum. Look at this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2202645.0;all.
It is usual for a crypto project to have a good ratings but do you know that they can manipulate it? ICO ratings can be paid by the developers. Votes can control by the devs and I do not believe that too much. Yet, it helps to boost the community of the project.

i also often see ico at icobench.com. but we as merchants and hunters can not trust completely on the icobench. as traders we have to see in detail ico before joining, and experience is very important thing.

Yes because they provide necessary information about that certain ICO and in this way you can use it as a basis on your research if you find it that good and accurate but you can use it as a additional information
I don't believe in them that much but at least they somehow give me some help me with my ICO research. After all, we still need these ICO reviews to get the opinions of the so called experts in the market. However, we should not just dwell on these review site's ratings. Their ratings do not assure in any way that the higher the projects get the more successful they will be. Apparently, that is not the case.

I think that the ICO Ratings doesn't dictate the projection of the sales of the coins. Rather, they just rate the characteristics of the coins. It is the same for the movie ratings. The movie critics might give the movie a low rating, but when it comes out, it was sold out and end up at the top grossing movie. The same logic is used in the ICO ratings. If you get what I mean.

the actual ratings of the project should be from our respective assessments, since the ratings on these sites do not reflect anything, and these ratings may be purchased. And this is no secret. Better not to see this rank at all

In several forums and groups it has been shown that these ratings are manipulable with some ETH, so it is not good to follow them blindly, always check the team behind the project, the whitepaper, which offers the ICO and if possible get it, it is also important to see if they really need a token to achieve their goal.

I dont believe in the majority of those ICO ratings.
Most of them are well-paid already by ICO founders and developers.
I recommend you to make your own research before investing in ICOs.

I see numerous Websites that give evaluations to continuous ICOs or for what's to come. Cases, for example, the ICObench.com Website, ICOrating.com and others.Which is my inquiry whether you have confidence in the rating gave by the site. Seeing numerous ICO's don't coordinate what they esteem. Numerous ICOs are ostensibly great appraisals yet when the token offers of the task just reach softcap. What's more, there are ventures that I see have a genuinely average rating yet their token deals reach hardcap. I took the case of Lalaworld on ICObench.com they get Rating 3.7 however their token is sold out.So we should talk about ICO Rating.I think a site like ICObench, ICOrating just as one of the reference factors when we will contribute on a venture. Yet, we likewise ought not be excessively trust in these sites. The best outcome is the point at which we do our own particular research on the venture that we will contribute.
