Unfortunate that the fees on that exchange are so high. One thing an exchange needs to be successful is volume, and I can't really see a lot of people using it when they take close to 4% from each trade. (1.9% from buyer and 1.9% from seller!)

This is one of the reasons I will not use it to sell MSC. Lower the fees and the volume will go up.

Use www.masterxchange.com if you want to buy and sell bitcoins for now. If you want to buy more than 50msc, pm me. Trading fee and withdrawing fee are seems pretty high.

No matter how much assurance I got, I just wouldn't type my private key into a web interface. I guess if I spend the entire balance of an address I don't want to use anymore - that would work OK, but even then there are some clear security issues. That is a sticky use of a web interface if you ask me. But otherwise I like it and it looks and feels clean and easy. I guess since I trust Armory with my private keys I should also trust this too. Tough call.

couple of things I noticed with masterxchange
-super high fees followup:(they lowered them, they are acceptable now) -6 hour withdrawal times -they sell your msc to pay for withdrawal fees instead of just using the btc balance -they send payments without miners fee followup:(did eventually confirm) -cant cancel pending withdrawals
I will be doing direct trades instead now. PM me if your looking to buy MSC
followup: they emailed me saying they will refund 0.035 (~$25) for the withdrawal fees. thanks

Hello Patel,
Thanks for your constructive feedback, all your inputs will be taken into accounts. This is really great that you are taking the time to explicity point all the things you are disatisfied with.
We agree there is a lot of stuff we must be working on. We released it maybe too early but it allowed us to get all this user feedback, and we thank everyone who commented. We take negative feedback as a way to improve our service and we will discuss them as soon as we get a chance. I cant make any decision on my own so you can understand that I wont annonce anything specific.
We did not have time to discuss all the concerns within our team as I am away from the office.
Most of the points you were disapointed with are issues we can work on so we'll keep you updated if we manage to resolve them in the upcoming days.
Regarding the payment without miner fee, this is done automatically by the official client. This is not something we designed on purpose - we just send the payment and if the coin age is enough, there is no fee.

Then add a fee to your client settings, but sending payments without fees is ridiculous. Its been like 5 or 6 blocks already and its still unconfirmed.

I agree. They offer nothing. I am going to start a new thread here. Mastercoin Buy/Sell - No Fee. We'll all just go there. It will be real sad not to have Max - but we will develop another trusted agent. Nobody is going to rise up to 1.9% fee. Even if they got very large volume, it would be hard to sustain that high of a fee. Forget them. They die on their mistakes. Buy directly from Patel. He is known around here and he delivers on his trades. Meanwhile, lets start to find a new escrow agent to replace Max. Max is freaking awesome and I'll still use his other automated system for sure - and happily pay the fee when I need that system and can't find any trusted escrow agent. But for now, I am doing things the old way. One thing I am not doing, is going to MasterXchange. That plan is bogus. (Really? No miner fee?) Man those guys are greedy.

Most of the points you were disapointed with are issues we can work on so we'll keep you updated if we manage to resolve them in the upcoming days. What about zero fee until your system is proven, likeable, reliable, and we are so in love with it we can't use alternatives? Then I'll happily pay a fee. But I will not even consider one trade on that site - where high fees come prior to proven service. Forget it. I think the 'trusted community' will develop escrow agents who don't mind receiving $100 tips from time to time rather than paying your exchange $800 for a single trade. Besides - What the hell is this column? "Sum (msc)" I can't figure how that adds up. Your order book doesn't even make sense to me. For sure I would not attempt a trade on that site. Here is a proper order book: http://mcoin.io/#/ Note the column headers. Note the data actually adds up to the amounts cited in common rows.
