I had resell the GH/s to my customers and I can't deliver due to BA non-shipping-fraud. Am insolvent and out of business. I promised weekly payouts, but I have no hardware to mine Bitcoins.

You should not have sold your GH/s before you got your miners.

I tried to contact BA about buying the needed PSUs and the reply was to wait for another update sometime soon. I would hold off buying PSUs for compensation units until BA post another announcement. I hope any hardware delays are not as bad as the Coincraft fiasco earlier this year. I can't believe that Chinese know-off miners where available with the A1 chip before prepaid customer orders where filled. I hope BA does not follow that path.

From the looks of it... the additional compensation units are going to be shipping at a later time than the main orders

I suppose a question some people might be asking themselves is, "Just how long is the long con?" Or maybe, "If the hashing I'm getting now is worth less than half the hashing I expected at the earlier promised delivery dates, have I only been half scammed?" Conned and scammed, or half conned and half scammed? The good news is, after all of this ordeal, we will know tomorrow whether this has been one big scam or not. I believe tomorrow (the 6th) is when chips should start shipping, which means that they will have chips in hand or not. I would have thought getting the chips would be big news and BA would have gotten on here and rubbed it in all of our faces that they actually had chips, but that has not seemed to happen. So the question is have chips arrived or haven't they? I guess we will know tomorrow. It's still the 5th so as you say tomorrow then.

Not sure if there will be an update tomorrow and what will be in it if there is one. I don't decide that. At the moment we are all very busy with other thing but as soon as there is some time I'll bring up the topic about the compensation.

Oh I thought they were shipping on the 6th? Just arriving? My bad must have misread something, will there be an update tomorrow with pics and specs and what not? Also, I am not sure if there is any more reevaluating going on about the compensation plan, but has anyone brought up further (besides me) about being able to sell the 50% discounts? I would def buy some off of people who only ordered 1 unit and cannot or will not buy another one, so that I get 2 units for 1.5x the price of one. There should be an update tomorrow, but if not the minute I get notice that the chips have landed, I will be booking a flight over to China, I am going to be on hand for the first completed units and testing so I can bring at least 1 X1 back with me in my carry on

David and Bobsag3,
Just a suggestion: INCLUDE THE PSU FOR FREE!
Some of us have been quietly sitting on our hands, patiently awaiting updates, reading the threads but not joining in the BS. Some of us are actually legitimate business people, with investments in other things besides bitcoin, who understand that manufacturing delays happen. Also, some of us think that if you patiently wait for a product to be delivered, even though that product is months behind schedule, and you don't drop the manufacturer or its reseller in the grease and spew vitriol all over the forums, that maybe it might be nice to relieve some of us of the undue financial burden of paying for PSU's just so we can make up a PORTION of the btc we lost in the wait.
Come on guys. Do the right thing and it WILL come back to you.

Bobsag3 please give me any news about my refund for order: R031654748. I have been waiting for my refund since March. I am already starting to think that you guys are scammers and dont want to give back the money for refund. Please tell me anything about it, or everybody will know, that you guys are scammers.

Minersource shouldn't be offering products for sale over the Internet, which are not going to be delivered within 30days, else they have to refund under US consumer law. It's called the FTC 30 day rule and can be found here: http://www.business.ftc.gov/documents/bus02-business-guide-mail-and-telephone-order-merchandise-ruleWhat Does the Rule Cover?
It applies to most goods a customer orders from the seller by mail, telephone, fax, or on the Internet.
It does not matter how the merchandise is advertised, how the customer pays, or who initiates the contact. What is the Mail or Telephone Order Rule?
The Rule requires that when you advertise merchandise, you must have a reasonable basis for stating or implying that you can ship within a certain time. If you make no shipment statement, you must have a reasonable basis for believing that you can ship within 30 days. That is why direct marketers sometimes call this the "30-day Rule."
If, after taking the customer’s order, you learn that you cannot ship within the time you stated or within 30 days, you must seek the customer’s consent to the delayed shipment. If you cannot obtain the customer’s consent to the delay -- either because it is not a situation in which you are permitted to treat the customer’s silence as consent and the customer has not expressly consented to the delay, or because the customer has expressly refused to consent -- you must, without being asked, promptly refund all the money the customer paid you for the unshipped merchandise.

They are not breaking any FTC rules.

Minersource have been open about batch 2 not refunding as it's not late and many batch 1's have had refunds. So they are doing there best they don't run BA.

I was responding to the post above mine which clearly said: Bobsag3 please give me any news about my refund for order: R031654748. I have been waiting for my refund since March. I am already starting to think that you guys are scammers and dont want to give back the money for refund. Please tell me anything about it, or everybody will know, that you guys are scammers. March is certainly more than the 30day rule.
