Divs are on hold until we are either back on an exchange, using coloured coins, or using a direct share method.

The divs are accumulating and will be paid out as a lump sum back payment to all shareholders

If you have time to trawl through this mess of a thread, all the information has already been posted.

The user neilol and I are in the process of planning a trip to Missouri this Friday. We are wondering if anybody would like to donate for the travel expenses and for lists of questions Ken will MOST LIKELY let us report back with.

I'd be interested in knowing what questions you are intending on asking.

As many as possible. I'd rather flood him with questions and hope he bites on a few.

I question your intentions for this visit if you are trying to catch Ken out.

I'm not sure what you mean by "catch Ken out". We would want as much information as possible without jeopardizing the NDA, plus we are interested in how Active mining operates on the floor and were thinking a others would be too.

One question which I may have missed, is there a reason why our address, https://blockchain.info/address/1DJpsvnM7xTnQbWEhLYyCyfxQyxwupEzCa, has switch from installments of 0.5 BTC to 0.25 BTC ever since the 3.XXX BTC deposits on the 11th?

I am not sure why the denominations are 0.25 instead of 0.5, although I calculated they are from the same hardware (The Avalons and Klondikes) The prototype payments were those large random transactions but we have not had one for ages, perhaps the prototype is unstable?

Maybe Ken started taking half the Divs starting at that point for reinvestment.

What I meant was those 0.25 payments are the same amount as the 0.5 payments. If Ken took half, those 0.25 payments would be half as frequent.

I think Ken is taking half the eASIC miner amounts as reinvestment.

The prototype payments...we have not had one for ages, perhaps the prototype is unstable?

I see one having occurred on the 3rd of November and the next occurring eight days later on the 11th. Eight days from the 11th would be today, so if the trend were to stay linear the next larger payment would be today.

Disclaimer: I just woke up lol

Oh I see what you mean. That is weird but it doesn't seem to be a bad thing.

I have been looking at this thread with one eye open. You need to let go. Otherwise it will eat you up. In the end ActM could deliver but you'll never get back the worry and anxiety that went into it. It's hurting you. Don't let it!

Sorry if I am a bit upset, but this place needs a counterbalance to the overly optimistic shareholders shouting that we are all going to be rich soon when all we have is a small 1TH/s mining farm and nothing else.

A bit of reality will do us good.

I can somewhat understand where DTS is coming from.. From his point of view, at any one point of the day he is possibly around the corner from retirement.
It has to be a somewhat emotional feeling Smiley

That's all well and good but he is on here everyday whining. If you can see his point of view then why are you not on here whining everyday? It's because you have some self control. He needs to learn that no one here can do anything to speed up the process or help this company succeed other than Ken. And Ken is most likely not reading all these complaints. The best thing DTS can do a long with the rest of us is hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Not scream "This is never gonna succeed" while hoping for it to succeed. He just needs to relax, it's almost Thanksgiving, go spend some time with your family DTS and relax, you'll know soon enough whether or not this company is going to make you rich as all fuck soon enough. We all waited months, what's a couple more weeks at most?

This is true.

In addition I have decided to stop freaking out about the price increases. If Ken reinvests 50% of mining revenue (He should do this!) and bitcoins are 10 times the value they were a few months ago, then almost for free we have 10 times the fiat money to buy more chips and compound our hashing ability. Hell with 50% reinvestment and Bitcoin over $1,000 we will end up with enough money to start designing cutting edge chips and perhaps have enough money to lead the world in mining.

Regarding Ken giving back our shares from Bitfunder

How will we prove the shares are ours after Bitfunders total shutdown on December the 15th? All I have is a screenshot (Photoshop anyone?) relating my Bitfunder user name and the shares I transfered to AMC-TENDER.

My public bitcoin adress is my wallet adress. Not a Coinbase web-wallet address "where I can sign in from", wich I don't even know what exactly means. Should I open a web-wallet and change my public bitcoin adress in Bitfunder for that one? wouldn't that make things worse?

I can't really see how Ken will relate wallet addresses with transfered shares, or how we can prove that after Bitfunder's shutdown, and how we will then prove those wallet addresses are ours.

Sorry if this has been discused before, but I thought it could be a balsam for many of us to shed some light on this matter instead of the constant speculation based on wishful thinking and trollist pesimism that has taken on this thread.

thank you

Yes all you have on here are Trolls and the 'speculator wishful thinking types'. As you've just kind of insulted both groups who do you think is going to answer your question?

...My public bitcoin adress is my wallet adress. ...
So you have bitcoin-qt installed ?
Go to the receive tab and search for your public address and click it.
Do you see the sign message button at the bottom of the window?
Google is your friend: https://www.google.com/search?q=bitcoin+sign+a+message

I am selling in stock OneStringMiner boards, based on the Bitfury chips. Have a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495536.0
