Get a medical checkup. If you cant follow a strict diet then I suggest you simply pay attention to the calories that you consume/burn. Staying hydrated is important, so is staying physically active all day. Hope it helps.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
Make sure you have support and accountability. Highly sensitive people tend to be conscientious. This can work against them when first starting out on a weight loss program. Why? Because they are often more likely to take care of the needs of others around them before taking care of themselves. Everyone does better when they have accountability systems in place. But highly sensitive people are particularly likely to do well.

You need to make physical activity each day. You can start from walks: each day you need to make near 10 000 steps - it's like 5-6 km. Then you can start to run, but not so fast (depends on your weight).
