Eat less or earlier for dinner. Go to bed 11 pm or earlier. Drink a lot of water. + A little bit of exercise. (to lose fat, make sure you sweat a lot. If go to the gym, try to work on big muscle group likes chest, back, and legs)
Basically, you do not need to lose weight, you focus on losing fat.
