This happened to me and I got the same exact (literally the EXACT same) response as Hawks 87 received.

Also, you say that you communicate with SBR. I asked them to help me with this issue because Cloudbet would not. I emailed SBR on Feb. 2nd. Here was their response:

@cloudbet what about me, you never dealt with my issues? you just sent me bulllshit email from these so called Cb reps, I waited nearly a week and still have never got an answer to my pms from you.
