Hello. Is anyone here to help me? Made a little 70 MBT withdraw on Wednesday which was rejected, because fees got higher. Was in livechat thursday and they told me to make a withdraw again. Unfortunately the new withdraw was not instant. Live chat told me sometimes it can take up to 24 hours. So i waited until yesterday but nothing happened.... 24 hours were over, but my withdraw was not transfered. I went to livechat again and they told me of some problems with the provider which does the withdrawals... Now nearly 48 hours are over and my 70 MBT withdraw is still pending... Has anyone made a successful withdraw with cloudbet the last 48 hours?? And anyone an idea what I can do?

I know cloudbet is one of the best in the business and here we can see they are helping out their customers as well which is nice. However it does bring out the question why there was these issues to begin with. Doesn't sound too good on the resume yet they have been around forever and have dealt as many as most websites so they have some credit before it can be considered a danger to be honest.

I would say it depends on when was the last time you did a withdrawal from the site? If it was before they changed the rules on who can still actively use their site, then I would say this one would be up in the air. They can put up as a shield their site does not cater to customers from the United States any longer. Just hope this rule change does not apply to you in your case. Once again, it is all up to what kind of person you get in chat and if they are a reasonable sort of person and not some a**hole who just exists to make other people's life miserable.

Withdrawal is open since 94 hours now. Live Chat is not available for me at the moment... And I am from Europe, not from the USA

Hi Idemood,
I'm very sorry to hear of this issue, I am investigating this for you now and will get back to you in our private conversation.
@Lionidas, if you have had any problems with our Live Chat agents please do let me know - you should receive the same level of service regardless of the agent you interact with, so I will want to feed this back.
Many thanks Peter @ Cloudbet

So did you confiscate my funds or will I ever get a reply?
Why don't you say it straight away when you don't intend to pay out my BCH funds?

I dont know what I have done wrong, but I have again big problems with Cloudbet. On my account are 0,4858 BTC at the moment. I opened my account on March 24th and made four deposits in the first three weeks. I lost a lot at the beginning, on April 14th I made my first withdrawal request which was transfered instantly. My 0,07 BTC withdraw from 26th April was transfered after 4 days, which was some kind of strange, because Livechat and Email Support told me that I will be paid within 24 hours. Yesterday afternoon I made a new 80 MBT withdraw which was pending until this morning. I asked how long it will take this time by email and became this email which is unbelieveable:
"Hi Idemood, We hope this email finds you well. To uphold high-security standards we kindly request you to send in documents to validate your identity. These security checks have to be done to guarantee the right level of security for both parties involved. As a part of this security check we kindly ask you to respond to this e-mail enclosing the following documents. 1) Verify your identity Provide a digital photograph or scanned colour copy of your government–issued ID card, driving licence or passport that clearly displays: -Document number (ID number, licence number, passport number), your full name and date of birth. -No black/blurred portions (all details must be in focus) -All four corners of the document (ie. no cropping) -Expiry date that has not passed -Front and back of the ID card or licence 2) Verify your address Provide one digital photograph or scanned colour copy of a paper utility bill or paper bank/credit-card statement that clearly displays: -Your name and address -An issue date within the last 3 months -All four corners of the bill/statement (i.e. no cropping) Acceptable utility bill statements include landline phone (mobile bills are not acceptable), heating, water, electricity, and municipal government correspondence where address and name is shown is also accepted. eg. a letter from your local tax office, police or registry office. 3) A photograph of yourself holding both the above documents. Please ensure the photograph is not blurry and clearly shows the documents. We assure you that we will treat all this information confidentially and it is only for internal use. Once we have received the documents you will not be requested to send the same ones again while they remain valid. Should you need further assistance regarding this request then please keep the original information of this e-mail when responding to us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Best regards, Cloudbet Support Team"
How could this be? Why does a Bitcoin Bookmaker asks for identity card, utility bill and Selfies? I made a Cloudbet account in March, because these verification documents are not necessary. I will not send my identity card or private pictures of me to Cloudbet. I thought Cloudbet is a serious bitcoin bookmaker, but what happened today is a big fraud in my opinion. Has anyone an idea what I can do? I just want to receive my 0,4858 BTC and say goodbye to cloudbet...

They are probably suspecting you are a customer coming to them from the united states and then tell you your not eligible to receive anymore btc from them. This is what these online casinos usually do since they do not want to have to pay out winnings to customers and hide behind their terms of service when it caters to them in this act of withholding funds until they do their kyc/aml procedures. This has been the case many times before and they just put this rule of not allowing residents of the US to use their casino any longer. It works in their favor when honest customers request a withdrawal.

I do not know that we require to complete KYC and i never faced that situation whenever i played and are you telling that they wont allow you to withdraw if you are playing from US, that is pretty weird as they should void the bet made and allow the user to withdraw with a warning rather than holding their coins.

@Cloudbet or anyone else who did this before:
Is the new BCH adress type ( like bitcoincash:qz4q5x.... ) compatible with Trezor, Ledger, Binance, etc where you're only assigned a Legacy BCH adress that starts with 1 ?

Hi N1CKH0LAS, thank you for your question. You are able to withdraw and deposit to/from a legacy wallet. In your dashboard, you will also be provided with a legacy wallet address: https://www.cloudbet.com/en/players/wallets/deposit/bchHope this helps! Peter @ Cloudbet

Or they should just handle it just like a sportbook has done recently by blocking all IP addresses originating from the US then there won't be any issues when a customer is told this is the reason they can not receive their withdrawal. Due to region restrictions of US residents not being able to use their site shown in their terms of service agreement which they agree to when signing up for an account on their site.
