@goxcraft We do have a thread to notify people in the Games and Rounds section, but we would prefer to keep the competition entries to our one 'Meta' thread as this is where most of our players know to reach us. As far as I'm aware we are keeping to the 'one thread per site only' rule in Gambling, but if we get a message from the mods about moving the location for entries I'm of course happy to do so.

@Angry0ne Really glad to hear it! Apologies again for the delay, I'm going to be working with our support teams over the next few weeks to improve the procedure for escalating support issues via social media and forums.

As for the sports lines our teams are currently in the process of updating our sportsbook with some quality of life improvements, as well as increasing limits, better odds, and lower minimum stakes. An unfortunate side effect is that some lines have to be manually re-added, which they are working though now.

In the meantime if you have any specific lines (I've already given them a poke about handball for you ) that you'd like to see prioritised then please let me know and I'll pass that on to our sportsbook teams.

I would really like to see soccer live games, example now you have 0 soccer games in play. 2 months ago it would have been 10-20.

Why does all those updates take so long ? You want to increase limits, odds, but you forgot to increase number of matches ? Or how does it works?

@defran Thanks for getting in touch. Sometimes these manual checks can take a while to process if there is a large queue, but if you have provided KYC you should have received a response by now. I'll contact our payment teams and find out where the delay is coming from and get back to you asap.

@Trofo Y'know it's my first time running a comp like this on BitcoinTalk and I hadn't even thought of quoting to prevent edits, so far I've just been taking screenshots of all the entries when they are posted but your way seems a lot easier! Hello Ronnie, got your PM, typically don't appreciate unsolicited messages but I tried to run my own competition and understand how difficult it can be to garner interest, plus it's World Cup and it's coming home, so I'll waive my displeasure. Here is my own entry:

You can make a rule, edited entries will not be entertained and that's simple enough, people would have to delete and make a new post if they want a new prediction

Our competition is to pick the team to progress, and I have a funny feeling you could be right about the BRA v BEL game. Brazil haven't exactly blown me away with their performances so far and Belgium have looked quietly confident, I can see them parking the bus and holding out. As for football coming home I'm an England fan myself so I'm trying not to let myself get excited yet... I've been burnt before! 

I'm making a spreadsheet of all the entries as they come in to ensure we don't have anyone switching results, but next time I'll definitely add a blanket 'no edits' rule to the T&Cs to make life easier!

The worst bookmaker I ever seen! I’ve requested a withdraw last Friday and before to request it I verified my phone number with the sms code which I received!  ! After 4 days of waiting my withdraw request was rejected by someone of their team and I received a email where they asked me to verify my phone number 😂, but I don’t know why. I tried several times to verify it again but I didn’t received the sms code so I requested again new withdraw. 4 days since the second request I did not receive my money! Can you tell me what a bookmaker is it?

was your withdrawal big ? it may be just a technical error but personally never waited for over 2 hours to get my withdrawals with cloudbet but max I did was 0.2 BTC
have no idea about the phone verification tho , do they have it beside google 2FA ?

My withdraw is 0.13, and yes I have and 2 FA. I was in contact with them in chat several times and they did’t proceed my withdraw. The answers every time is the sames.

A simple way is by adding a term that edited post will be disqualified since edited post can be checked easily so you do not need to take screenshot anytime there is new prediction. Too bad I cant participate because it seems that cloudbet is blocking IP from my country as I cant open it but I can open it with VPN.
