I provided all documents 27 June They checked it 20(!!!) days and finally I received this message: Thank you for providing us with your verification documents. We can confirm that the verification process is now complete and your account has been reactivated only for you to request a withdrawal of your remaining balance. Upon withdrawing the remainder of your funds your Cloudbet account will be closed as we are no longer able to offer our services to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter. Great... Blocking without any reason... Waiting 20 days for NOTHING ... The worse sportsbook I ever seen. Strongly not recommended! D-

I've used Cloudbet since 2016 and they paid every time. The last withdrawal ( 0.1 BTC, so around $700 ) was INSTANT. I had no idea they did instant withdrawals, as back in the days it took 24-48 hours for that. So they pretty much improved their system compared to the last time when I used them. It's worth mentioning that I've won every bet on their website, so it's not like they keep my account active because I'm losing money.
I find it kinda suspicious that only new accounts come here and complain, so my personal conclusion is that at least part of those are anti-Cloudbet shills. The other part might consist of legit complaints, but I'm still not sure what would they complain about ( maybe the casino part, which I've never tried )
The only part that sucks on Cloudbet is their Live bet system, but that applies to all the crypto bookies I've seen so far. Compared to FIAT licensed bookies, the odds are lower and the options for live betting are fewer, but that's pretty much the same for all the crypto bookies vs FIAT ones. I don't think there's any crypto bookie who regularly have better odds than Pinny or Sbobet for example.
I've given negative feedback to Nitrogen and Asianconnect, so I'm not the type of customer that gives 5 starts ratings to everyone. Cloudbet is the only one that got a positive trade rating from me, here on Bitcointalk, as I had no problems with them in about 2 years of betting. As long as you don't try to abuse their bonuses/limits and create multiple accounts, you should be fine. That applies to FIAT bookies as well...

@defran I'm really sorry for the delay with your withdrawal while checks were carried out, and i'm really glad it's now been processed. The documents that were requested as proof of identity are fairly common across the industry for KYC requests, we do this to ensure that our players funds are secure when certain red flags are raised. @N1CKH0LAS Thanks very much for the kind words and feedback! We are working to improve our live betting options with a few big updates planned over the next few months, i'll post in here when i'm allowed to give share details Have a great day! I have no idea in which fantasy dream world you live, but player funds in the hands of criminals are never safe! However, if raising red flags require documents, where are your documents? So far there are only faked documents with a faked company and a fake license available! Ronnie = brain washer at its best! Does Fraudbet offer brain wash trainings or where did you learn it?

It was a site where I made a lot of bets at the time but I did not have any problems at that time. Now, I look forward to a development that seems to be the only problem is that the payments lay a little late, only this situation has improved.

Bullshit. Why the KYC documents are also asked during a withdrawal process and not during the deposits? By asking for KYC documents, you will be a reliable third-party trusted with confidential information about players. In case of unforeseen circumstances, will you be taking the responsibility of the data breach that might occur? There are literally 50 other ways to make sure the funds are secure. KYC is the most time consuming, annoying and the unprofessional way of doing it as long as operating a partly illegal gambling website.

This sportsbook could be so much better. I've been betting here for years and thrown thousands of dollars and now that I win a big bet its been pending grading forever.. But yet when I ask them. To. Check a losing result they can right away..
I talk to live chat same recycled excuse. We will escalate the issue and get back to you.. They never do... Customer service is rude.. Especially Roy.. After 3 years at this shit hole I will be leaving to places that pay out.

Ok I provided all documents you needed (for my safety as you wrote me ). You checked it 20(!) days and successfully verified. But can you tell me the reason why I can't place bets anymore? For my safety too ? Upon withdrawing the remainder of your funds your Cloudbet account will be closed as we are no longer able to offer our services to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.

WARNING!If you read too much Ronnie's nonsense, you are at risk to get brain cancer! The deposits customers make are in the wallets of these criminals and for the security of the coins in their wallets the names of the depositors are absolutely and 100% sure irrelevant! Understood? I talk to live chat same recycled excuse. We will escalate the issue and get back to you.. They never do... Customer service is rude.. Especially Roy.. After 3 years at this shit hole I will be leaving to places that pay out. Game Protect offers paying sportsbooks. What like Nitrogen that took 12 hours to process my withdrawal? Whereas cloudbet does is quickly. You and nitrogen have one thing in common. Negative feedback and both scamming businesses. You know nothing about licenses and you tell other how to run businesses. Clown.

Sorry for the lack of posts over the last couple of days, I was off work on Tuesday and working on a few campaign plans yesterday. I'll try to wrap up all the responses below. @Patatas Any data we receive from KYC requests is stored securely and is only used by Cloudbet, never shared with any third parties. We respect our player's need for privacy and only take these steps when there are serious concerns raised about the security of a member's account. We also comply with all requests for data removal. @SportsClapper Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience recently, last month we made some changes to our sportsbook which added a lot of new features but also brought up a few issues in regards to grading on specific events. We made an announcement at the time and have been manually checking and regrading any reported issues while our teams work on a longterm fix. If you experience any issues with this please contact support or drop me a line here or @Cloudbet on Twitter and we'll get it resolved for you asap. @defran Unfortunately I don't have access to player accounts so cannot see the results of the investigation directly (for player privacy), our support teams should have contacted you directly via email regarding this. Please let me know if this is not the case and I'll follow up for you. @game-protect The few people who have experienced delays who post on the forum are an unfortunate exception, and part of the reason I am active on here is to catch anything that falls between the cracks. We process a huge amount of withdrawals every day and 80-90% are processed instantly via our automatic system. The trust rating for Game Protect is flawless Trust: -64: -6 / +0 Warning: Trade with extreme caution! I can understand that you need to spam the forums to try and generate business and push your affiliate links, but resorting to personal attacks against staff comes across a little petty. @hlyzy89 I'm really sorry to hear you are still waiting on a response from support, I'll pass on your details and request that your payment is made immediately as a priority. Thanks very much, Ronnie @ Cloudbet

@vd309 The x30 rollover only applies to casino rather than sportsbook, but thank you for pointing it out - I'll ask our team to edit the Birthday Bash T&Cs to make them more clear Outside of this promotion our usual rollover is just x1. Thanks very much, Ronnie @ Cloudbet

@game-protect The few people who have experienced delays who post on the forum are an unfortunate exception, and part of the reason I am active on here is to catch anything that falls between the cracks. We process a huge amount of withdrawals every day and 80-90% are processed instantly via our automatic system. If you read the last 2 years in this thread you will see it is not a few people! Despite of this, only a small percentage of your victims find your thread on bitcointalk and make a post here. Over 90% of your victims will not find your thread here and remain scammed. Additionally, customers have to find a thread on the internet to probably get threir issues solved clearly confirms a failed business. The only reason why you can continue acting in such a shady manner is 1) You are an illegal and criminal operation and it is difficult to hold you liable for what you are doing. So you can do and say whatever you like without any consequences. 2) Many little and no brain players and shady affiliates out there feeding your organized crime fraud scheme. The trust rating for Game Protect is flawless Trust: -64: -6 / +0 Warning: Trade with extreme caution! I can understand that you need to spam the forums to try and generate business and push your affiliate links, but resorting to personal attacks against staff comes across a little petty. Where is a personal attack? I do not know the participants of your Fraudbet operation personally and therefore can not attack them personally! I even do not care if dumbasses send their money to your Fraudbet operation. Dumbasses get what they deserve! But please enlighten me, what does -64: -6 mean?
