It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Are you able Ronnie to confirm, that I am not limited/restricted to top sports or top leagues only ? Cause my thinking is that you allow me to bet on max 10% of your offer.

Have talked with support again, and they're answer was as always silly. 'You can bet on what is available or don't bet at all'. I've been trying to explain them that you have all the matches I was trying to bet in your offer, but just I am not able to see those, while logged in.

How long it may take to get an update ?

Than act like one. You don't behave like a "one of the oldest crypto casino and sportsbook". You act like an amateur fraud sportsbook, who is trying to collect as much money as possible and disappear. Good sportsbook does not lock accounts without reason, and not respond to emails. They are not threatening that will keep customer funds for 6 months.


Have you ever heard this happening to Pinnacle or Bet365?

I dear you to post my entire betting history here and point which games you team find it suspicious. And if there are any like that, which I seriously doubt, explain why the betting amounts on those bets are the same as on any other bets. Surely, if I know of any fixed games I would have bet big on those games.


If you consider yourself as a serious sportsbook, you cannot act like this. I'm accused of God knows what (betting integrity, lol) and I must wait 6 months. You should be more considered about the integrity of that"company" that issued you illegal license.

If really no restrictions to my account, then I don't get it. Have tried also different IP's but that's not helping either.

I'll keep pushing for a resolution daily, but I have already escalated this investigation to the highest priority I can, and can only really wait for an update from the team conducting the investigation.

I'll pass on your question about handball markets to our sportsbook teams and get back to you asap with a response, if they have been removed it might have been due to the provider but I'll have to confirm.

I've had an issue logging into my account for weeks, considered making a new account but didn't want to get caught out for breaking any TOS.  Can you help?  Error i keep getting is below, happens on firefox, chrome and opera and only happens for cloudbet after I click login.

No Ronnie, you cannot understand my frustration. You would understand my frustration only if someone try to steal your wallet with 2000+ euros in it, and in the same time the thief is yealing that you are the thief. Only in that case you will understand my frustration.

I am stil waiting for you to post my betting history. Lets all the gambling and bitcoin comunity here see what I have been accused of and have a good laugh. Lets all people here see what kind of bookie you are.

You are holding my money for one month now WITHOUT ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. I have already submit official complain to SBR. Obviosly I cannot submit official complaint to the company that issued you licenes since that company doesnt exist at all. You hold mine 2000 euros. I depend on that money. Can you please tell me who will pay me compensation for not having my money for one month?

@4x4et I'm not sure which issue you are addressing, but I've responded to all reports on the thread so far and I'm unaware of anyone being IP blocked. We do have restrictions on certain territories such as the US, UK, and HK, if that's what you mean.

I said that this will happen (it was only a matter of time), people losing their financial security cause Fraudbet gets advertised and supported here and continue to pull scam after scam.

@teteczv I've been told that we are unable to post a player's betting history on a public thread, but I am sending messages every day to check for updates on your investigation. I'm trying to push things along and as soon as I have any information to provide I'll pass it along asap.

Sorry Ronnie, but I have enough of this. I appreciate your efforts but this isn't working. Of course that they won't let you post my betting history becouse that way they will have no argument for holding my money, and that id the point of all this, hold customers funds and work with that money. That is why everything was OK untill the moment I made the second withdrawal. They were afraid I will withdraw all of my funds, and they say, what the heck, we can trade with this man money for few months, let say that there is betting integrity investigations going on. Betting integrity my ass.

Cloudbet are cheaters, and they are working without license. I will go to SBR forum today, and post my entire case together with investigation I did on your bogus license. Lets see what will SBR community have to say about Cloudbet bussines model. Than I will open the same thread on every betting forum I have heard of, and I'm in the betting world for a long time. Let see how long can Cloudbet survive pulling things like they did on me.

I was cooperative long enough, I will no longer take this.


After I am done with Adab Haraam exchange scam and replace my original Scam Alert signature looks like I might have to add Cloudbet, sadly.

@teteczv - If you wish to escalate the situation further you are welcome to contact our ADR, who would be able to investigate the issue independently using the information provided by both parties to come to an impartial decision.

I can't comment on the investigation myself as I have no information about player's betting history, and wouldn't know what to look for even if I did. If it's all a mistake then i'll be issuing a rather large apology and expecting an explanation from our teams on how you were falsely flagged, with assurances that this won't happen to others in future.

@4x4et We aren't allowing withdrawals whilst an investigation into betting irregularity is taking place, but the funds are still there. If we are wrong then we'll hold up our hands and apologise, the account will be unlocked, and the funds can be withdrawn. We have no intention of 'scamming' legitimate players out of their winnings but when these kind of issues are flagged they need to be investigated thoroughly.

@JollyGood I've just received good news from our teams regarding the cookie and T&C consent points you raised - We are adding 'tacit agreement' text to the sign up page, with a link to the full T&Cs for anyone wanting to read through before registration. The team are also adding a cookie consent checkbox that players will be presented with when visiting Cloudbet. I've been told to expect the updates to be rolled out in our planned releases for November and December, so you should see them soon.

Thanks again for taking the time to point out these issues, it's helped us make some positive changes to improve our service.
