@fossero0310 - Could you please PM me your Cloudbet nickname? I'll contact support and get an update for you ASAP.

@4x4et and game-protect - Welcome back! You two always seem to show up within minutes of each other after long absences, it's quite the coincidence...  Wink

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

why you and game protect you have -64 in trust ?

cause some DT members are being paid to promote them, so they give red trust to everybody revealing Cloudbet's true face

anyway that  doesn't matter to me, half of this forum are scammers (and big game scammers, not for small bucks) - set my trust to only me, i don't even see that (their opinion is worthless)

any decent forum would ban Cloudbet after at least 50 scam reports

Bitcointalk is corrupt as hell

DT means DefaultTrust.

DefaultTrust is now changing into DT1 which is the main list, and DT2 which is a list of users that were collectively included from DT1 members.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust Click here and scroll to see the list of DT1 members

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5095156 This is the thread about the changes to the old DefaultTrust

@4x4et - Come on now, the only person that has given you red trust that's in any way related to Cloudbet would be Hhampuz, who gave you red trust after you spammed his Cloudbet bounty campaign thread. The rest of the your negative trust seems to originate from your actions as a seller, and the arguments you have had with other forum members.

@Get-Paid.com - DT = Default trust, people who are well known and trusted to review the actions of others on the forums. When they leave a trust feedback it shows at the top of a persons 'trust' page on their profile. Non DT members can also leave feedback, but it goes under the 'untrusted feedback' tab and needs to be expanded to view (basically it's given less 'weight' as a review than if it came from a DT member).

The threads @KingZee helpfully linked should help cadd more details to my rough explanation  Smiley

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Hello my account is blocked since Monday, January 14th and I sent the identity documents the same day
How long does it take ?

Nobody knows except the one whom you submitted your documents. Ask for updates to know on how long it will take your account to be processed as of now you wait for it i'm sure it will be done sooner or later.  That's all I can share for a fellow forum member.

he was a American because he is in France and placed the bet from a jurisdiction cloudbet accepts.

 Cheesy

Cloudbet hide their license for online gambling, their address and owners names, but they have a "jurisdiction" LMFAO

Anyway I tagged you as a Cloudbet shiller when you were promoting them, now you can eat what you have produced for your friend.

I also bet that you have some other profile on Cloudbet, you pussy, why do you have to make a new one?

Morning all,

@AGD815 - Thanks for getting in touch, and thanks for the referral! I can't share too many details about an account that isn't yours, but I've just spoken to our support teams and your friend's documents are in the queue for verification. Our teams will be in touch with your friend directly via email as soon as the checks have been completed.

Edit: Just got an update - the withdrawal should have been processed. Apologies again for the delay!

@4x4et - You know i'm only kidding about you and GP being the same person, I know we disagree on almost everything, but you certainly have a much stronger understanding of the English language than can be seen with GP's affiliate spam  Wink

@Bet365 Account Seller - Please take your account selling spam elsewhere, thanks.

Hey Ronnie,

Thanks for getting back so quick. It’s greatly appreciated. My friend has been blowing up my phone. Did you see the email I sent? Can you possibly read that and respond. My friend gave me all the specifics and I didn’t want to post on here.

He said the 4 bitcoin he deposited has been paid but not his winnings from the bet.

I guess my main concern (more so his concern) is that if he lost big he would have accepted the loss and cloudbet would have collected 4 coins from him with no questions asked. My next question (his question) would be If this is the case would cloudbet refund a new user who lost a significant amount of bitcoin who is betting under the same circumstances? From my understanding his buddy abroad also just joined cloudbet and lost close to 1 bitcoin (unfortunately his friend wasn’t my affiliate lol) Just my luck.

His question then was “Why was I asked for KYC after winning and my friend wasn’t asked for KYC after losing a significant amount of bitcoin.

I woke up today with a phone full of texts and screenshots from his friends account of all his deposits and losses yet no KYC was asked for.

That’s the part I’m having a hard time explaining to him. Basically his response was if KYC was so important to Cloudbet why don’t they ask for the KYC upfront before a user can place there bets. He feels that he was only asked for KYC because he won big.

Thanks

4x4 go find the nearest bridge. I didn’t sell anyone for anything. He wanted a good book for bitcoin betting while traveling abroad  and asked me if I had a recommendation/referral link.

Both you and Game Protect need to find a hobby that doesn’t involve sticking your nuts in others business.

Pussy, why don't you post this with your original account? I guess you don't have nuts (You mentioned it) for that.

Your friend should charge you everything Cloudbet stole from him.

Morning all,

@AGD815 - Thanks for the additional detail, I thought the situation was resolved when the withdrawal went through so I'm catching up now.

I'm not part of the support team so unfortunately I can't check the emails they receive or access players accounts, but I'll ask them to pass on the information with an update on the issue from their end.

Now obviously I can't comment on this situation in particular until I'm up to speed, but we have had a couple of similar instances in the past:

The issue boiled down to the fact that we couldn't verify that the player was from a non-restricted territory with the identification provided. As we are not allowed to accept bets from players from restricted territories, all bets were void and we returned the initial deposit before closing the account.

I've just checked twitter and received some more information from the player in question which I'm hoping might help move things forward, so I'll update with any information I'm allowed to share ASAP.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet
