I'm not from the USA or I'm not resident of USA my country has blocked cloudbet When I have tried to access by USA VPN that was showing to me then I have changed to Canada now I can access cloudbet. Why they have made restriction for the USA??

Some people use online gambling casinos for money laundering and USA is too paranoiac when it comes to these stuff so they blocked most of  those services. Even most exchanges don't accept any players from USA lately.

I don't know but I bet thousands of dollars a month here. And I'm a vip member but treated more like a bit*h.. I'm still waiting for my bets to get graded properly and for me to get paid. I will submit to all major websites. I need everyone to submit a SBR review with negative experience.

You could just submit a review of your case to askgamblers website.
I believe if I remember correctly there was a claim done on there for 35btc winnings they did not payout to the player and once he put in a review of his case on there they answered him cause they actually care about what others think of their reputation on that site.

Your bets weren't cancelled though so the bonus isn't the problem. I might be wrong but I think it's just a misgrade on their part rather than you breaking their terms.

Cloudbet should really clarify this one for ease of mind.Theyre having some issues that arent even resolved as of this moment.

The issue is probably fixed by their support now that all of his post and complaints about the misgraded bets was already deleted.

In cloudbet, there were some misgraded bet happened with me too, but they were very quick to resolve the issue, I don't think it's big issue for them, that user made issue bigger because it's took some time. I am really very happy with their support, they were always very quick to resolve any issue.

Once I place a bet, it goes down to 1.43.
The rate is growing, but more than on 1.43 I could not put!

My anger has no limits!!!  

And if earlier bets on total goals in the 1st half were in almost every match, now - in ~20-30 percent of matches. Disappointmented.

@an@sha - That's very odd, and although I can't be certain, I suspect some kind of bug is causing this.

I've reported this to our teams who are now investigating now as a priority, and I'll report back with any updates I receive.

is there any country or account restrictions  going on? some thing weird is happening with me
today tried to search for some tennis matches in cloudbet , I was logged out and searched for one game then I found it and found the odds for it
after I signed in it showed me that there are no markets available for that match even tho I was able to see the odds before I log in

any explanation ?

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Cloudbet seems to be having some issues with Withdrawals lately. Used to get Instant withdrawals with them now every withdrawal is marked as "needed to be processed manually" and support just keeps giving you the run around of "could take up to 24hs or 48hs" in rare occasions for some large withdrawals to go thru.
However no matter how small the withdrawal same issue occurs.
I was told by Miguel the chat rep that my withdrawal should be processed shortly (been trying since yesterday).
It is important to note that my account is not locked or frozen or limited in any other form because I have been able to keep playing (getting excited on new soccer and baseball matches, cancelling the long waiting withdrawals and rebetting again).
Will keep you guys updated.

@SyGambler - Not that i'm aware of (aside from our usual blocks on players from restricted territories), but I did have a similar report through Twitter recently so i'm going to ask one of our team to investigate for you. There was a weird issue yesterday where certain markets were temporarily locked, but this was resolved within minutes so unless you were very unlucky with timings it couldn't be that.

Hmm,,, it is a shame that Cloudbet seems to keep having problems all the time with their betting the way the wagers are graded and then also withdrawal issues. They already did a lot to clean up the old problems and now new ones are cropping up. I suggest to the site that they should go in and clean up all the bugs because they seem to be really coming up all over the place now.
