Got KYC mail after withdrawing 0.3204513 BTC yesterday at 23.30.

I have sent everything I had to them (insurance proofs, bills, ID and driver license etc.) but no answers on support@cloudbet.com
Also experiencing issue like my account is not recognized, please advise or let their representative contact me.

Cloudbet is a trusted service so I don't think there are problems with your withdrawals and with their service if you obey all of their rules (restricted locations, VPS, and so on). As I see, they have good trusts and they replied to all comments from users who got troubles.

I hope they are. My friend has been using it for a year without issues. The administrator from bitcointalk really respondend quickly, but my issue still isn't resolved. It could be that it was some kind of a bug.

just thought I would do a quick follow-up - as it seems it is still taking very long until the bets are settled. Had a half-time bet and still not settled even though the 2nd half is on the way... This really is something you should work on @cloudbet This is just too long nowadays when the competition is settling bets almost in real-time.

This site is one of the worst. I agree, this site doesnt care about their players. People that keep depositing and losing no KYC been asked, but when you win something they will stall and hope you will lose back. If not they will ask KYC and keep stalling.
Their live support is very fast but not helpfull. They will forward problems and let you know you will get a reply soon. The reply from them take longer then a week or weeks. You have to keep pushing on live chat that the case isnt picked up yet. And live support will keep apologies and they will tell you they will make sure your problems get to their VIP team or Account manager or whatsever. The service of this site is really bad. This is the worst site ive experience from the last 5 years I played. My case is still not picked up and who knows how longer it can take. Its now more then a week. If this is real world without internet I would say no problems, but this is a gambling site ONLINE. The service should be fast and players need to get help asap when there are issues. If they dont have enough employees then add more employees en promote less. If player base is bigger but they have only 1 or 2 person that solve the cases then its a big red flag. Why would anyone use their site if their is problems from customers end.
Im sure the person who is represent for Cloudbet here will reply on me and say I can PM me him my details so he can fix this. This is a joke because everyone that read bitcointalk know this is the biggest bitcoin/crypto forum. If there are issues from casinos, the last thing is get negative comments from bitcointalk.
What if customers of betcloud arent techy or read bitcointalk. They are the black sheep then. They will get ignored because nobody willl notice if they dont raise voice on bitcointalk.
My case is, I havnt post here for a while. If i post my issue here on day2 or day3 Im sure my case get resolve asap because Cloudbet obviously dont want negative comments from players here on this ste. That is bad marketing.

From my experience, I would definitely choose service over money. If service is so bad then you might lose your money or you lose the time you put in.

Not really, I have played mainstream for some time. I have requested withdraw at 23.30 and got mail at 4 AM. I believe I haven’t violated anything, especially not with their bonuses (deposit-withdraw schemes for refferals) if you think in thay way. No single match has been considered as fixed too. I cannot login, nor place bets nor withdraw.

If 0.32 BTC withdraw  in general makes them a problem after 200 euros of deposit... I don’t think so. They are on the market for 6 years, where they will end up if they go in that way? But I am getting nervous about waiting time. Christmas time, gifts and so on Smiley

We will see in the next days incoming. But I know that I will get some response

My case is, I havnt post here for a while. If i post my issue here on day2 or day3 Im sure my case get resolve asap because Cloudbet obviously dont want negative comments from players here on this ste. That is bad marketing.

From my experience, I would definitely choose service over money. If service is so bad then you might lose your money or you lose the time you put in.

@Badpeanut, I can see that you don't have much faith in Cloudbet's customer support but I am willing to help with your issue as much as I can if you PM me your details. If you look back through our thread you can see that the resolution rate is very high.

This site is one of the worst. I agree, this site doesnt care about their players. People that keep depositing and losing no KYC been asked, but when you win something they will stall and hope you will lose back. If not they will ask KYC and keep stalling.
Their live support is very fast but not helpfull. They will forward problems and let you know you will get a reply soon. The reply from them take longer then a week or weeks. You have to keep pushing on live chat that the case isnt picked up yet. And live support will keep apologies and they will tell you they will make sure your problems get to their VIP team or Account manager or whatsever. The service of this site is really bad. This is the worst site ive experience from the last 5 years I played. My case is still not picked up and who knows how longer it can take. Its now more then a week. If this is real world without internet I would say no problems, but this is a gambling site ONLINE. The service should be fast and players need to get help asap when there are issues. If they dont have enough employees then add more employees en promote less. If player base is bigger but they have only 1 or 2 person that solve the cases then its a big red flag. Why would anyone use their site if their is problems from customers end.
Im sure the person who is represent for Cloudbet here will reply on me and say I can PM me him my details so he can fix this. This is a joke because everyone that read bitcointalk know this is the biggest bitcoin/crypto forum. If there are issues from casinos, the last thing is get negative comments from bitcointalk.
What if customers of betcloud arent techy or read bitcointalk. They are the black sheep then. They will get ignored because nobody willl notice if they dont raise voice on bitcointalk.

Thats the whole point, without posting here you wont get help from email or live chat support. And yes, I dont have any faith anymore. I will send you my details and hope it get fixed asap.
