I wouldn't advise all players to be cautious because I dont think this matters for smaller wagering clients. I have recently had about 50 Btc and a 200k gbp watch taken by cloudbets vip head as well as a guarantee 10 percent bonus that was never credited, on a few hundred bitcoin in losses.

It's complicated and ugly and they refuse to deal directly but message from private telegram accounts using a different Alias than before. They have also scrubbed their social media profiles after I initiated the complaint. Game research theory is the company they use to run the gambling operations from London.

The companies linkedin page, which they are not licensed to run any kind of gambling within the UK but it is all done through their all their vips back room stuff is all done in their shoreditch tech hub office.

thanks for the nice words. ya long time investor and trader. we will see what happens, should be interesting anyway. Never used any of these forums before but it seemed to be the only thing they cared about, asking me repeatedly to take the posts down and if so then they would call me or be more transparent. Ultimately I know the info of the UK based owners and since the company is based in the shadows ill just take action against them if they don't come clean. I've told them to admit what's been done publicly, I've not asked for any monetary reimbursement, although I am going after that from tomorrow, when they started deleting all their linkedin profiles and blocking my account access it was very clear they know this is a big problem.

Several witnesses to the vip host in person as well. Tried to serve notice at his families home(parents) who are driving a Mercedes might I add, knocked on the door and they shut off all the lights and closed the curtains lol. I'm sure its being shared with his entire family. He was voiding 1-3 bitcoin a week for a player and charging him half that in reimbursements, this went on for almost a year, he just straight up stole and diverted mine but the employees in shoreditch offices have made a killing doing this and its all accounted for, I've given the story to the newspapers and will be taking websites and several things live as well as suing the ownership. I don't believe this host could have operated unnoticed for this long, he definitely had other management help or conspirators.

Update++++ the host who did this has changed his linkedin information but is still currently being advertised as employed by the company.

Hello,

Long time cloudbet user here. I was just recently blocked from withdrawing out of my account and asked to KYC. I'm trying to submit my KYC documents behind a password protected dropbox link, and I've been informed that the security policy states that you folks cannot click on links in emails? And that the only way is to submit the photos via email attachment? Is this correct? I'm a little bit worried about sending such sensitive documents over email.

 I have my KYC information ready. Please advise.

update on everything with cloud bet. I have reached a settlement offer and that is that I dont speak about cloudbet or its holding company any to make statements saying that I hadn't submitted full or accurate chat logs and so forth, which I have accepted and will not speak or talk about them any further.

I still have great personal issues with their former vip host/operating illegally in the uk and will pursue that as stated.  So for everyone messaging me and sharing stories they have of their own I am not able to speak about Halcyon super holdings BV "cloudbet" or mention anything derogatory or threatening to the company or its employees.

What I will say that I believe is accurate and can be fact checked is this, their office in London has access to players accounts, access to movements of their bitcoins and has accepted six figure gifts within the UK borders but is working as a research company. This is what my focus will be shifted towards as it was a take it or leave it offer and I decided to take. I won't be making any delcarations moving forward that aren't based on facts but I will state outstanding facts, I will modify previous chats of anything that could be seen as defamatory.

I was play game with eth.
and i winning and i try to withdraw eth.
suddenly they rejected.
and they email to me  you need verify.
They sending this email to me.

I dont get that - I guess I am missing something. But what does it even mean, using bot or software on a sports betting website?!?!

The fact my request is being ignored also says a lot - seriously, if they go on like that, it wont take long and they will have very much deserved being tagged...

Exactly, what does this even mean??? What did I do to deserve this?

I really thought that this can never happen to me because I thought that Cloudbet as a reputable bookie, but it looks like I was wrong. No proof, no nothing, just locking account out of the blue after I placed no bets for almost 3 weeks due to being on a vacation!

So everything was fine prior to this. Maybe Cloudbet wanted me to continue placing bets in hopes of me losing money? I have no clue, but all I know is that 0.08 BTC is a lot of money for me and can potentially be worth even more in the future and I want it returned.

My final thoughts to you are: Do not use this betting platform as if they can freeze my funds on a verified account and blatantly steal me 0.08 BTC, they can do this to you with much larger sums of money.

In this entire process, they made up many lies and changed their argumentation about freezing my funds multiple amount of times. Don't use this platform and let me be your sacrificial lamb to see how dirty they can scam someone just because they can.
