How many shares in r17 do you have?

I have 5 shares.

As I think I said earlier, I don't have enough money at stake to pursue legal recourse (at least on my own). In monetary terms it means very little to me.

As I also said earlier, I was vocal in praising them when the acted honorably in the past (for example, the refunds on R14) and I will be vocal when they don't.

I will add that I have gotten numerous PMs thanking me for speaking up. If I had not I might have just dropped the issue by now and gone back to just working on other things that are monetarily many, many times more important to me. I know I am not alone (or even close to it) as seeing something gone very wrong here.

I'm not hiding or anything(I didn't hide the whois intentionally), just don't know why you care. I'm just not exactly active on the forums. I have made a commit(https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer/commit/47956df9036fb838ecdfca417117286b558fdd2a) to cgminer though.

Just found out about this issue by reading this thread.

The only definite I know is that I paid for 6 shares and signed up due to the lure of a refund policy that has now been changed (as mentioned previous times in this thread).

The policy has not been "changed," it has perhaps (we shall see) been reneged upon. If you entered into an agreement with the refund policy in place, as you said you did, then the other party can't "change" the refund policy on their own.

Bob's second account "borito4" being labeled "SCAMMER" member is not a good sign the more I think about it.  Can you elaborate a bit Bob on why that account was "somehow labeled a scammer, when it shouldn't be." according to DZ?  How many people do you have to piss off?

I mean cloudhasher isn't labeled scammer and that guy has pissed off everyone with cloudhashing which is pretty much an outright scam.  And that's just one of many accounts like that.

New units (ones not already purchased) are in the March shipment.As of last night there were 49 shares open in the last unit we have on order for Feb.

No, I have 2 here is why if my main account gets password hacked I can get on the forum with my lessor account and tell everyone about the hack.

At times I have 4 or 5 thousand dollars on order with my philipma1957 account   if the really long password is hacked I can try to do damage control with the judypug1956 account   .  you kind of need to have 2 accounts because of restrictions on a newer account.  this is a forum rule to restrict newer accounts.  so if the bitterdog account is hacked it is harder for you to get a new account and tell everyone what has happened.

 Lets go the route that the gear comes in may 10th not feb 24th diff will be  more then 10 billion in may vs 3.5 billion in feb.

so 40gh a share will earn    .039btc in 1 week at 3.5 billion if we got it feb 24th

 and 40gb a share will earn .013 btc in a week at 10 billion if we get it may 10th

if they boost us 25% to 50gh it will earn .016 btc in a week.

  

So for us to survive this fiat profit  btc needs to jump past 2k.  and of course dz  coop has to continue to exist .  

 So I have to ask what could I do to keep dz coop alive and kicking.  I don't really know since I don't know any full names of any of the players.  I know the old mining site has been poofed. I have almost no hard info to go on.  I have a lot of hope and I know others do  but frankly it is depressing. Maybe they will carry on and maybe they are honest.

R15/16 was paid yesterday at full promised amount. I am reporting this for completeness sake. Obviously the guys are under extreme pressure right now. I wish them all the best.

it looks like more then 15 coins were paid for rounds 15+16  also good news.

I would really like Bob to get back and say were going to get a large number of Beta units or something to get us up and running but 3 months late is going to kill us.

   well round 17 has a lot of hash ordered about 70th or more.

 so that is more then 1750 shares at 130 usd or  227500 usd.  and the 70 th on order is a very rough estimate since I am quoting a dz mining post. 

I know that I had order 651 and order 1370 IIRC  for my first and last orders of round 17.  that means more then 700 orders were made on this. 

It would be nice it we got beta units now and a lessor hash started. fast say feb 10th 2 weeks early.  this would actually  help the problem a lot.

if I got 10gh a share really fast it would hold me off for quite a while.

I just woke up) Has put a lot of time into finding out because he gets a bad vibe. Let him do his work.

Would I be worried if I am a current investor? Yes, Defiantly.

 I hope this works out well for you all. I think a lot of the pressure has come self inflicted by expanding too big too fast. + THE BFL EXPERIENCE that people have fresh in their minds of DELAY AFTER DELAY.

I do know that I'm not going within a million miles of a BTC mining investment ever again.
