I suspect the DZMC people are good at what they do, however customer service and public relations is not what they do.
clearly... when you push back with questions, the thread becomes ghost town again... To one of your other posts, I don't see where I am coming off as defensive I simply answered you the best I could by quoting a post that was made 2 days earlier that quoted how to request and when you could expect the refund to appear. We all have day jobs which prevents us from being heavily active on the forums during the day, I don't believe anyone is expecting an answer to a question right as its posted. You continue to ask the same question and every time receive the same answer refunds can take up to 1.5 weeks. you are right i continue to ask the same questions. as usual, no real answer, no real explanation. so: i will repeat my question, so according to you refunds started on 11th (despite the other refunds earlier), will take one and a half weeks, i requested for a second time on 11th (despite my first one on 8th), are you guarranteeing i will receive on 22nd latest? this is a simple yes and no question Your refund was sent. So is the working strategy to nag in public? I requested refund on the 7th too and with the final confirmation from me on the 8th, and have since sent reminders requesting confirmation from you that you have everything you need to process said refund. I'd prefer to keep communication private but since it looks like I need to complain in public to get my refund, I have no choice but to join the hordes. It's now been more than 1.5 weeks. I'd like my refund, please. .b No, we'd rather not see you blubber on in the forums. Read them. Refunds started 11th whether you you like it or not, so its only been a week. bobsag3 had to rebuild his blockchain... which is not just a few mins delay. Blubber next week perhaps.

The refunds are clearly not processed in order, as many people requesting refunds after me have received their refunds days ago, the main difference being that I initially kept communication private whereas those that have received refunds sooner have been posting here. Thus, I post here. .b

Come to think of it, DEFINITELY NOT MATT. Overseeing his Colorado farm with his partner and them six now qualified new employees is Matt's full time job, otherwise he wouldn't have employees, as he has referred them six as. And to think that this is only R17. I have a funny feeling that there ain't going be too many more R's in the making, in spite of this DZMC enterprise being supported by an Oil Tycoon and that Sandwich Podcast Guy.

That's 1 week when they did state it could take longer. Difference between what I spent and what I received was about 8% of my BTC investment instead of 1.5%. Not complaining, just reporting: It was only 2 shares, not a lot of difference here. For those receiving bigger refunds where that kind of error may cost you significant BTC, you may want to check the math. However, there may have been some kind of fee from their service processor for the orders making this refund accurate.
I got destroyed on trans fees on some of them... but it shouldnt have been off by 8%

So let me be the first to say to you sir, congrats on your recent new "Day job" I warned you guys about getting too big. I also warned DZ when he first threw the idea about vetting people he better get some sort of bond to cover his ass. I don't have exact reference to it but DZ said you guys were fine with 3 people running GB's. I hope it turns out the best for you and your customers I really do. BTW that LLC wont cover you guys for anything presold before the date it was filed in case anyone is considering legal action at some point.

Here's my experience.... While it has been taking longer than originally indicated, bobsag asked me if he could split my refund in to 2 halves due to the size, which I agreed to. I received the first half a few minutes later, 8 btc-1.5%=7.85btc of the 15.16902134 BTC 100 share buy order. So far so good. Now I am just waiting for an update on the ETA for the balance.

Originally requested 02/08. Bob replied on the 11th saying it will take some time to process due to size, probably 2-3 days. Received first half today right after he asked if it was OK to split it up.

So many complainers. Guys just submit your request give it a few weeks. I don't see how nagging helps anything.
All indications would show they are honestly trying to get things done and not rip you off. You guys act like there about to rob you. Stop stressing.
Personally if I was them I would never host a group buy again, because its too much work dealing with you guys with little to gain. I would just leave you all to the low level unknown scammers to sell you your group buys.
Or maybe DZ should just screen who they sell the group buys too so they can minimize the drama.

I am in the minority here, but I DO NOT want a refund. I want to wait this out and see what happens.
But I would like to be updated as to what is going on without having to dig through pages and pages of refund requests.
thomas, DZ or bobsag...can we get an updated OP? Just something letting people know what is going on. And it would be great if I could look there weekly for updates concerning our progress.
Good idea?

Best place right now for black arrow specific updates would be our FB page: https://www.facebook.com/minersourceUntil we have better means in place. Next batch of refunds sent. I will be closing refund requests on friday, over the weekend so that I can catch up on the backlog.

THANK YOU. I couldn't agree more. I wish we could separate this thread into two: one thread for whining and one thread for us to discuss news and updates from BA.
