I requested a refund for my own reasons. You should do your own analysis and act accordingly.

Are refunds given in BTC or in $ (I mean the paid amount in BTC/$)?

I believe it's the amount of BTC you paid ... not the current BTC equiv of the USD equiv at the time you paid. M

I believe it's the amount of BTC you paid ... not the current BTC equiv of the USD equiv at the time you paid. M which means if btc was 1000 usd when you purchased and you spent .65 btc. you get back .65 btc minus 1.5 percent or about .64 btc . so if you purchased shares when btc was high it is worse. if you purchased shares when btc was low it is not so bad.

I finally got my refund, 20 days after I initially requested it.
I recommend everyone nag as much as possible as that seems to have gotten the results I wanted. Submit negative forum feedback, resend messages, complain here.

I'm guessing the funds are not readily available. I got mine (1 share) a long time ago, and I know I requested it quite a bit after a number of others. I must say the infrequent and lack of communication from the ops is quite disturbing. M

I believe it's the amount of BTC you paid ... not the current BTC equiv of the USD equiv at the time you paid. M That's correct. DZ (the individual, not DZMC the coop) has confirmed this.

I will have all outstanding refunds sorted out by next Monday, I had to purchase more coins for refunds, and just need to wait on Coinbase (should clear Friday but you know how these things work). Sorry that this is taking so long... travel + PC with wallet on it going kaput threw my timeline off.

would it be too much trouble for me to request a refund too? i thought about staying in, but waiting until at least may is a bit too long for me... seeing as its been months already. a shame it didn't work out, was the first group buy iv bought into too my original transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/44a73b94bc4389f0b7cabfcd28160951f6021462fff65b8a0a7fcf26273739e70.28780707 BTC

Nice post we have here. Hey, Matty Boy! Would you be so kind as to point out which one of them addresses was supposed to be Black Arrow's to pay for bcabes' miner, acting as the official vetted US reseller? BTW, we know it ain't this one https://blockchain.info/address/1AujZB4GuL7EueGDVBAb6Qc4nweaKoED3c, for that's the one you donated from to Sean's Outpost via my Mega Thread. FYI, I wouldn't even be in this thread now if three people hadn't PM/emailed me expressing a concern, all linking to one of the latest posts. I'll tell you what, bud. It must be terrible being you right about now with so many people bailing on your scammy ass, along with possibly your other product line getting low, if you know what I mean, bud.

Are you trying to imply that I am scamming? Just not sure what you meant. The payment was made to bobsag3 through the DZ Miner Coop. I don't care if those specific bitcoins were the ones that were sent to black arrow. I am okay with the way that bobsag and others with the DZ Coop have handled this whole ordeal. Could it have gone smoother? Absolutely, but I don't think that anyone with the coop is trying to scam anyone.

It must be terrible being you right about now with so many people bailing on your scammy ass, along with possibly your other product line getting low, if you know what I mean, bud. Well a few things you got wrong on your post, well most of them. The first transaction was to the DZMC site, not to Matt, then the send you are referring to was issuing refunds, O and before you say well where is the money that was supposed to be refunded because you used a different pool of money for, well you don't think that the main funds that are waiting to be paid to manufacturers just sits there. They were moved into a more secure address instead of moving them all around and accessing that one to send a refund or to move it to the site to send a refund its more efficient and simpler to use whats already there. So none of the transactions you posted are actually part of the purchase to BA. So Matts growing "hookah" wow never would have thought of that where? The warehouse that was acquired? O wait no can't be that because what most people don't realize is "hookah" growers and BTC miners need the same thing power and space...the reason Matt got that warehouse was because the landlord didn't want a "hookah" grower there, it also helps where there are government contractors next door that require a certain security clearance (which having a "hookah" farm, or even just smoking would jeopardize) So its gotta be where he lives, o no in the lease it says you can't grow or smoke in the apartment.

Why - 1.5% ?
That was the originally stated policy for refunds. It is a "1.5% restocking fee." What exactly they are restocking has never been explained, but at this point I'd be very happy getting 98.5% of my coins back instead of the 0% I've actually gotten. you don't think its worth waiting until may? iv only got a few shares... i think i sent .3 btc IF Black Arrow will deliver in May, maybe you will get a total bonus of 50 GH/s per share (40 + 40 * 25% GH/s) But please be advised that the difficulty will grow too... So I am asking myself IF I will have at least ROI If I stay in this GB until May.. I will never sell my coins at the current price (under $550), I will invest in existing mining gear on the market. No more pre-orders, no more mining contracts for me ! In the mean time, because some of my resources where blocked on this GB, I lost plenty of opportunities to EARN Bitcoins for real : Ant Miner S1 / BFSB / etc. So I didn't asked yesterday for nothing: "Why -1.5% ?" Seems FAIR to all of you "-1.5%" ?
