Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,

Quit caffeine.

Exercise in the gym for at least 90 minutes a day.

Swim/sauna.

Sleep 9 hours a day.

It's a kind of blindness that reason alone cannot cure.

Well, if you want to release from the stress and anxiety you have to change you way of living. Here, I will give some advices that can really help you...

First, you have to change the time of sleeping. You have to know in what time you go to bed and when you get up. At the beginning I am suggest you to that with the alarm. Second, you have to start to drink more fluids like water, tea, yogurt and coffee. Keep in mind that you should drink water most of your day. Third, change the schedule of meals... It means that you should have 3 meals per day and pause between them at least 7-8h. Fourth, do you have any sports activities? Try with walking, running or riding a bike at least 1h per day. Fifth and the most important, start to meditate. At the beginning 5 to 10 min then raise to 30 min.

Believe me, with this kind of life you will cure all the mental disease! Smiley

Ive started meditating, it helped me a lot. I used to be stressed out, insecure, not focused... But since ive started with meditation, im feeling a lot better. Im not stressed at all, more focused, relaxed. If youre interested, look for Koi's corner on youtube, he's an amazing guy and you will learn a lot from him.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

STeps:

1. Watch out for reasons of stress.
2. Make a plan to overcome that reason
3. Apply that plan to your stress generation part right away .

Stress always rises up in each and everything that we do on a daily basis. It has become one of us and we can not live without having to undergo it in one or more situation. I do believe that the best thing you can always do is trying to figure out the total cause of stress you are having. When you are able to find the things and activities contributing to the stress levels, we will be able to treat tit once and forever. Just take sometime off work when you are stressed to just spend time alone, it helps a loit.

Start some activity, like music, t.v or talking with someone. Never take alchohol, drugs, wine when you feel stress because this will attack directly your mind. Take proper sleeps, never leave yourself alone. If no one at home then go outside and do some shoping for you. When you suffering, say NO to yourself keep calm and start smiling infront of mirror that will reduce the intensity of Stress.

If you're just a little stressed, drink some tea and calm yourself.

If you're really stressed, see a doctor.

Stress is really annoying, sometimes I just let myself go, leave everything behind. After all, you are your only friend. Take care!

You can try with exercising in the mornings. It helps get those feel goods hormones floating around and personally makes me feel a lot better for the rest of the day. You could start with simple stuff if you've never really worked out. Try some lunges in place or jogging in place for 10 minutes but at a high intensity. Smiley

Find some drugs.. legal or otherwise Wink
Lots of options there.. maybe talk to a doctor eh.
Get your blood pressure checked too !
I had mine done recently and i am going on heart med's quick.

Exercise like riding a bike can help wear you out and get your mind off things too
should make for a better nights sleep if you are worn out etc.

Most importantly accept it..
Some people are more stressed so just learn to live with it and be at peace with it.
And realize everyone is an idiot but YOU and the only opinion that matters is your own.
No one will ever be more qualified to judge you .. than you.
Take control.. you can it's your for the taking.

fuck everyone and fuck everything.. one day at a time LOL

Lol... I like how you say "legal or otherwise" Wink
