Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

if my way of coping with stress
I just worship and pray to God and do not mind much because if many of our minds become easily stress.

Berteriak lepas dengan suara lantang merupakan cara yang baik dilakukan untuk mengatasi stres. Saat mengalami stres, seseorang pasti merasakan ada sesuatu yang mengganjal di hati. Oleh karena itu, melepaskan perasaan tidak mengenakkan itu bisa dilakukan dengan berteriak yang tentu saja dilakukan di tempat yang luas dan sepi agar tidak mengganggu orang lain seperti di tepi pantai atau diatas tebing. Berteriak dapat dilakukan beberapa kali agar seseorang menjadi lebih rileks

I usually deal with stres by playing games. Depending on how much stressed I am I play with friends but if I am stressed af I need to play alone because I don't want to insult them. Good way to deal with stress is to play with animals  Wink.

Take out all the stuff. Bubbles, especially the feelings that you hate and annoy you, can make you stress. Better say everything so you can take off your burden. Spell out all that is in the mind to the person concerned, the nearest person, or a psychologist. Believe me, after removing all the hacks, your feelings must be much better..

when experiencing my stes handle it by doing various activities such as:
1. do a hobby
2. meditation
3. bath or bath
4. massage
5. shout
6. sports
7. on vacation
8. listen to music
9. aromatherapy
10. sleep

Each one of us has a different way of dealing with our feelings. I personally talk to my friends about the things bothered me and asking advice to lessen my problem.

I recommend you to talk to some of your friends or family about the problems you are going through recently. Opening it up to someone will not solve your problem directly but it will help lessen the burden you have inside you. And also try to relax and have some quality time with them. Smiley

Sit, relax and enjoy life. Do things that will make you happy. Go on adventures, road tripping. Just meditate on yourself. Do things you don't occassionally doing. you cam also enjoy talking with your friends. when I am stressed, I usually eat a lot, mind you its helping. Remember, problems will not be a burden if you will stop deep thinking and live a happy life out there!

Cycle, run, do cardio. You'll be better in more than one way as you keep on it. Don't pay for fitness centers because that can be another cause for stress.

We are living in a stressful world and we are surrounded with stressful situations every day. when i am dealing with stress i am trying to calm myself with some good music or a movie. Also, a cup of coffee or tea with your friends can help you to minimize the stress. Also, a weekend on a mountain will be a great thing to do, you can recharge your batteries, while you enjoy in nature.

The best idea to deal with stress spend more time with people you love. Everything is inside your head so just try to be positive.
