Weekend is a great time to relax, you can invite girlfriend, friends, family for a walk to the beach or a place that is fun to you. Essentially you make your weekend as happy as possible, with this stress that haunts you can disappear in an instant.

doing a rather busy and fun activity will slightly relieve your stress.. such as you can go to the beach or other places which will make you feel comfortable and return to your daily activities with a fresh new mood.q

Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
Find your comfort zones or go back to your hobbies, visit your families and friends and pretty much anything that you can gain satisfaction and happiness.

Get enough sleep, be close to nature, breathe fresh air and run on the seashore while screaming your lungs out. Sometimes a good cry would also help release the anxiety building up inside. Tell to yourself ‘This too shall pass’.

The best way according to me that helps me every time is to take afew deep breaths and smoke a cigar nicotine helps in blocking the chemical that lets your brain know that there is something to be worried about. It helps everyone and every time.

I handle stress many ways. I would sometimes keep a journal and write all my stressful events down so I can look at it from another angle instead of them all cluttering in my head. I also talk to people about them, like family members and friends, just basically anyone I trust. Sometimes I play instruments or go on a brisk walk to get rid of stress. There are many different coping techniques. You just have to find the one that works for you. Even doing something relaxing, like watching tv or chatting with a friend, can minimize stress Just any enjoyable activity. I can adapt to change pretty well. I'm pretty versatile.

I don't handle stress too well. What I try to do is listen to music and have good sleep. I try oversimplify the problems I have. When I do this, everything seems simpler and it doesn't seem such a big problem anymore.
