Introducing ★★DigiHash Easy Miner★★ Beta v1.0
Note: This is beta software that gets smarter & adapts (learns mining configs & hardware profiles) as time goes on
Many card profiles & configs will not be in the system today, but with your help will be their very soon

What is DigiHash Easy Miner?

DigiHash Easy Miner is software designed to make mining DigiByte on Windows with a CPU & GPU as simple as:

1) Download

2) Install digihash.exe
3) Enter DGB address from wallet & start mining on DigiHash.co

Works with AMD & NVIDIA cards & CPU's

Our goal is to begin bringing in many new users through some of the marketing campaigns we are planning with this software. We want to make DigiByte mining as simple and as easy to do as possible for a beginner.

How does it work?

DigiHash auto-detects your computers hardware (AMD, NVIDIA, CPU) & then connects to a central server to download the appropriate mining software and references the appropriate configuration and begins mining. All with one click of a button.

For the first few days & weeks most configurations for miners will not be optimized in the initial miners database on the server as their is literally thousands of combinations for hardware.

This is where we can use your help!

We need people today to download the miner & run it even if it does not mine properly for your specific card type. This is the only way we can gather the unique hardware identifier for your specific mining hardware. This is done automatically in the background and sent to the server.

From their we can start matching configs with hardware ID's over the next few weeks.

Please email dev@digibyte.co with your specific card model & manufacturer, the mining software & version you have optimized & the config you are using that gets the best results. There will also be a trace ID displayed you can report to us so we can confirm your hardware ID and config with.

Once the config is in the database it will work for everyone and help out bring new miners on board.

We also will be releasing a Wiki later today where you can also submit hardware configurations.

Future Upgrade Plans
Support for Linux & Mac OSX
ASIC support
Auto tuning widget & manual controls for intensity, threads etc
Facelift

Remember this is a version 1 beta built entirely from the ground up for DigiByte. Be patient as it will get smarter as time goes on & a user will not have to keep downloading new versions.

Cheers!

Note: This software is not required, nor will it ever be required to mine DigiByte. This is simply a tool to make it easier for beginners.

Tried running this and i keep getting

Arguments:

Redirection is not supported.
Stop.........done

Any idea why?

One more ... (and I promise this is the last announcement for today) ...

I decided to draft up a press release for the new DGB Gaming Wallet.  There is a bit of a time deadline here ... I'd like to have comments and feedback within the next week so that we can send the press release to appropriate digital currency news outlets (Coindesk, Cryptocoinnews, and Cointelegraph).

Check out the draft of the press release here:  https://digibytegroup.com/project-155/

And, please leave your feedback on the official Digibyte Forum that we created for the project here:  http://www.digibyteforum.com/index.php/topic,379.0.html

Cheers,

Eric

This is very well done! We just added to digibyte.co! Cheers!

Due to our eagerness to add Digibyte at Noobie.io and accommodate its awesome community we did not check if it was supported at Coinpayments.net.

Noobie.io uses Coinpayments  as payment processor, the last few days we have looked into ways to add it regardless and make changes in the way Noobie.io works but for the time being there is no way around it.

We have put Digibyte on the top of the to-add-list and will add it as soon as you guys are on Coinpayments.

Sorry for any inconvenience our premature announcement may have caused.

K.C.
K.C.,

Thanks for letting us all know. We have asked coinpayments to add DGB several times. Please check out litepaid as they have been great to work with: https://www.litepaid.com/

Cheers!

Has anyone else had problems with the Digibyte Android App? After having it installed a couple of weeks, my phone suddenly started getting very hot without beeing used. At the end I found out, that DGB App used to use 70% of the battery alone  Sad

Yeah, the same here. I also mention DGB to a few high profile academics who are actually investing in Bitcoin.

You know what one of them said to me?: "Bitcoin has 14million supply now and someone living in London cannot have 2 Bitcoins each (8 million population). So you see how rare it is?"
He added "Once bitcoin use is so easy by any consumer, elder, young, etc....basically when everybody can use it, simply with a dongle (,where nobody can steal your bitcoins), where we dont use cash or credit card, with high fees (visa sometimes charges 50-70p extra in shops, why would you use it?), then Bitcoin will rise huge, and I want to be part of this, because it is so easy to see what potential Bitcoin has in growth! And it will come in the end, if not in the next few years"....

He foresees that each Bitcoin may go up to $30k in the future unless it is killed by external or internal powers.

So I mention this guy about DGB and he was quite happy about it and he made his first DGB purchase over Cryptsy. So I think if you talk people, who would quite get what you mean. Then they are open to anything, especially these high profile academics, well educated, know what they are doing, etc...
