Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I think we all should take the momentum when Crypto Trade will restore trading. Crypto Trade is an exchange we can trust. They got hacked for 30k usd, but paid from their own resources. Massive media attraction once CT starts again will get UTC on the move.

This exchange is Reliabile and future-proof, just like UTC! They don't list crap coins, but only real coins with future perspective. I'm sure UTC will go up once CT will start trading again! Remember there was 130 BTC buy support @ .0004.

We have a great community guys! Lets go for it.

WARNING HIGH SPEED - UTC - Ultracoin

Did you have the same wallet open on 2 different computers in minting mode by any chance?

Im mining at nitro have been for months. and ive been trading around 500+ utc to keep the market flowing not sure what more people expect.

on  C-t this market started moving up now its just down down down  because these markets are cheap broke bastards aka "mintpal" i tried to bring  prices up on mintpal but problem is simple.

with ability to buy and sell basically against your self in mintpal you can Sisyphean money out of all the sellers and buyers.  basically robbing the exchange i did this abit some may call it manipulating but it all stems from low financial / btc buy support.

good news

UTC is alive on ecoinfund.com now.

here its  bitcoinTalk Support Thread

Nice. I have to add this and the c-cex.com to the website. Its nice to see LTC/UTC trading at 1:1 there. Tongue I am assuming just test trades.

I added the charity and beauty products shop, but we definitely need to validate their legitimacy other than word of mouth confirmation.

Facebook Campaign: Let's get this launched by tomorrow evening at the latest. Its alright if we are short. More donations will come in as time goes on. Thoughts?

i will also try my best to promote this coin in chinese community Wink

Hi. I am mining on ultra.leetpools.com, I am receiving very few coins with 170kh/s, When I am using coinwarz calculator I should be getting 80 coins a day but in leetpools I only got around 40-50 coins.

Currently, the network hash rate is at 362 Mh.  You have 170 Kh.

170,000 / 362,000,000 =  4.6961e-4 * 100 coins/min x 60 min * 24 hour = 67 coins a day * .98 (2% mining fee) =  65.66 or so with 0 rejects.  I average about 5% rejects on leetpools which would be another 3 coins or so and your down to 62.

Unfortunately, that's right in the middle.  I don't know why you are right there right now, maybe just bad luck.

I can say that I've mined several different coins with leetpools and the operator (Laterbreh) is one of the most honest and hard-working pool operators that there is.
He has helped many many people with their script-jane setups and is a positive part of the UTC community.
It sounds like you mined one day and compared it to a the Coinwarz calculator and was disappointed.  However, did you look at the block find % for that 24 hour period.
I know as well as many of us know that every day mining is not the same.  Please use real facts and figures, before accusing hard-working people of stealing.
I think there are many in this community that use leetpools and will vouch for Laterbreh.
The pool operators are friends and I bet that if Biodragon over at Nitro heard about your accusations that he would vouch for him as well.

Block time is 30 seconds, there are 50 UTC per block, so that means 100 coins per minute are mined over the entire network.

Hi. I am mining in leetpools since February 23 and I am getting 90% of what should I have mined. After the N factor changed, I got very few coins. I am not accusing anyone. I am just asking if anyone is experiencing this? and how many coins should I expect?

Hi. I am mining on ultra.leetpools.com, I am receiving very few coins with 170kh/s, When I am using coinwarz calculator I should be getting 80 coins a day but in leetpools I only got around 40-50 coins.
because he takes like 50% for him self..in first i was thinging that something was wrong with mu mashines ..but they are apsolutly fine ,no hw errors ,no disconets but always almost 50% less then i should get.

Hi. I am mining in leetpools since February 23 and I am getting 90% of what should I have mined. After the N factor changed, I got very few coins. I am not accusing anyone. I am just asking if anyone is experiencing this? and how many coins should I expect?

Did you change your settings following the nfactor change, if not you're probably getting a lot of rejects and hardware errors, which gives you a false hashrate.
Did you ask Laterbreh for help in the IRC chat or followup with a support ticket?

Is there any honest pool for UTC..that leetpool i was last few weeks is steeling like 50%

Excuse me m8, but based on what do you make such an accusation? The pool owner is now sleeping, and if you have a problem with your payout for some reason, you should contact him first. The last thing a pool owner want to do is steal from his clients, I very much doubt after all the hard work he put he would do that. I am Certain there is a misunderstanding, and you have to be fair to someone giving you the opportunity to mine the coin at his server for a small fee of 1%, most pools hardly make enough to pay server cost at that rate. We the pool owners put a lot of work and time into this, and believe me when I say most of our money comes from mining and not from fees. I would appreciate it very much before you put out such an accusation to consider all the hard work that person had done. If you can not wait for Laterbreh to wake up, tell me exactly why do you think that way, maybe I can help explain what happened.

You can't simply compare to coinwarz which calculates the # coins based on a single difficulty of that exact moment.
Difficulty fluctuates more than 100% at a time depending on the time of day due to less/more miners hopping on/off.
So if you went to coinwarz even 15mins later, the estimate might have changed dramatically.

I saw 2 transactions in my wallet and block explorer:

Status: 24004 confirmations
Date: 2/24/2014 15:43
To: UdvchVzTqc9yCiHz1vLLzKPEenXwaBPkbP
Debit: -33.631974 UTC
Transaction fee: -0.00001 UTC
Net amount: -33.631984 UTC
Transaction ID: f64c592cf54ff40594af262ceadccf61e6e0de7ac4af60eb6516078cb6cc77cb

The transaction I found on block explore is not redeemed yet.  Any one know what happened? If somebody hacked my computer, why didn't he steal all my coins?  Cry Cry

Did you have the same wallet open on 2 different computers in minting mode by any chance?

Yes I have same wallet on my Desktop and laptop  Shocked what's wrong

I don't know what's wrong exactly (havn't checked the code) but it looks like when you have the same wallet open twice or more and put in POS mode on at least 2 machines there could be a "feature" that makes your transactions sometimes go awry.

I ran into the same problem and fixed it by reconstructing my wallet (removing all former transactions, either you have an old backup from before these transactions or you recover the private key and reconstruct a wallet from there [there should be some howto describing the procedure on the net]). Everything went back to normal, at least in my case.

Therefore: if you have the same wallet open twice or more and in POS mode, then close all other instances before passing a transaction.
