hii.. i had STR withdrawal issue status PROCESSING for 45 days at Poloniex. my support ticket Being Processed since 44 days 22 hours #136589 Withdrawal Issue. support response only this at day 4 I do sincerely apologize for the late reply and inconvenience ,We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

i deposit some etc to poloniex ,but after 10 hours ,it's not yet on my acc. on etc block explorer I see it's went in address but didnt go out (3310 confirmations)

Now I see ETH as "temporarily disabled" in deposit/withdrawal, is it the same for you ?
I guess there is too much action on Etherum these days.

My account has been frozen going on 3 weeks. No response from support despite 5+ tickets. Is there any way I can get help unfreezing my account?
I froze it because of a suspected identity theft issue. That has since been addressed and there is no issue. Now I can't close any open positions or make any changes at present.

Awaiting Approval with no transaction ID means they have to manually handle the transaction of your withdraw and review it I believe, this happened to me before and it is still pending after 4 weeks.. Thankfully I'm patient but this makes me really nervous and there is no communication whatsoever. Strange that this is still one of the biggest exchanges out there. So if someone's watching, my ticketnr #221296 needs some TLC  |

Yes that's the best way, i will leave this exchange platform as they are very likely a scam and better leave them from now on before all it gets worse. |

ETH transactions with other exchanges = no problem. ETH already confirmed by networks 1000s of times, days old on poloniex = Problem.
Support = non existent, no answers to tickets
TrollBox = has been murdered because all people do on it is ask where the hell is their coins
Withdrawals = pending for some people, although I withdrew 0.037btc as a test yesterday and it went through instant and fine
Maybe they are all on vacation with your coins. Who knows. I wouldnt touch it with a stick.
