Reading posts about this proposal with language like 'wanting to see coins burned' prompted me to write a script to see the state of budget disbursement. Even if passed, there's no money left in the next cycle to pay. It's a first-draft, so probably has horrible miscalculations, but I'll update the github from time to time as I discover them. https://github.com/moocowmoo/dash-budget_statehere's the current output for the next cycle: rows are ordered in payment priority estimated minimum budget: 7714.57142857

The key is remembering that payment priority is equal to popular vote (approval percentage.) The higher the value of yes' minus no's, the higher the proposal in the payment queue. At any time between cycles (listed here: https://goo.gl/5mNl6U ) votes can be recast to alter a proposals payment priority. If, at any time, the yes-no vote count goes under about 345 (10% of the total nodes) the proposal is permanently deleted from the network. |

i think the project is too ambitious, take too long time and too expensive, break down the project goal and reduce time and cost. simple detail of fund uses would be nice...

There's a decentralized file-system implementation called DashDrive, which stores "files" on the network. As a developer you can interact with the filesystem like it was local, but it's not, you just open these abstract files that are stored on the network itself.
