I guess that unknown is still unknown and I don't know will supply ever be fixed. What I have gotten from my research is that Vitalik is for a tiny inflation at the moment while some other devs are more for fixed supply.

Thanks. That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure. That's why I'm surprised by this pump when the supply model is not quite decided on.

I'm guessing there won't be a hard cap. Small, fixed inflation is way better if the currency is meant to be actively used, but it doesn't create much comfort for the long-term, passive holders.

Ps. I think you're confusing 'fixed supply' with hard cap/limited supply, pretty much every crypto have fixed supply (fixed, non-flexible rule of issuing new coins, whether hard-caped or not).

I know doge went unlimited supply to deal with lost coins and quell the "muh can not have hard cap, economics"

however the hard cap I think is absolutely necessary because humans understand that concept easily as to evaluating the scarcity. It easy. No more.

The slow inflation model is much harder for people to evaluate. They don't feel pressure to invest or get their bit.

>Further btc tech is unique as you can deal with the need for more money supply in a manner that no other system can or has to date. You can simply split the currency into smaller parts everywhere at once. You can't do this with gold, physical notes and much of the legacy current banking system.

BUMP!

Question about http://www.myetherwallet.com

It says you can import your .json, can you decide how much of your stack you will transfer or does it import all your ethers at once?

Does Vitalik even lift though?

He needs to start lifting and eating in order to build some muscle before I invest a cent.
I'd estimate he probably benches his own weight quite easily.
You really think Vitalik can bench 43kg  (95lb) ?

I'm skeptical

Maybe 1 rep with a spotter

The body doesn't matter, for a Geek, the real muscle is located between the ears

The Bitcoin price has risen 12%. But the Ethereyn dollar price does not change much. So it is just the price relative to bitcoin drops.

It means there is very strong support for the Ethereum price. I do not know if the price rises higher, there will be still such strong support.

A little advice: Always zoom out and check how much volume there was before a price rise and at lower prices. After a pump it's pretty normal that it goes down with an equal volume but very often not that fast. It's not possible to make safe predictions but if there should be a quiet time in the next days and weeks, and if BTC should rise, I would expect that it will go down even more. Maybe to 0.008 or something like that. But: Impossible to be sure about it, because it's obviously wanted.

Yes it is obvious that the price will correct, maybe to less than what you mentioned before, I think it could go to as low as 0.004 (a factor of 4.25, especially if BTC goes up).

EDIT: This is not a trading advice, this is just an educated opinion and you shouldn't consider it as a base for your trades (I usually pull these predictions out of my ass).
