Wow! That sucked! 

I got the popup window "Your time has expired! Press here to pay the 1 HUC ..." just as I was attacking and picking up some coins! I clicked just in time before the popup. It took like 4 blocks to confirm, and I think it might have even asked me 2x and taken 2 HUC instead of 1. I see 2 transactions 2 minutes apart. I suggest an option for paying more than 1 day at a time to avoid such issues.

yes i had a problem too (i pay a fee too lol ) because the check cause a popup to show up and could happen that meanwhile you are sending the transaction, the check didn't see it yet and popup again :/
then it wait 1 confirmation (strange it took 4 blocks, seems high, but maybe was just because blocks arrived late, i see that happening many times (try to take a look at block time that's shown on the chat title bar, and compare with the time you see in the console when a new block arrives, you'll see that sometimes you have a block one minute late! it's about net and about pools broadcast, and don't know what else, maybe even daemon taking some times to compute the state

i had already plans about monthly, weekly etc.. but now i can't release a middle release with current semibroken new GUI
I'll try to reach a point where i can mix 2 kind of interfaces and publish it in hybrid mode, so i can fix some current issues and already put some pieces of the new interface into public test
hope to do it soon, maybe this week end i can release something

i am testing p2pool on  a lesser coin as we speak. if this goes well i may change over to huc to help out. or possibly run both. only problem being it is currently on my main pc which i tend to game on :-( but if it works i may invest in another pc.

How easy would it be to set up a tip bot on reddit for Huntercoin.  (I dont know how to do any of that stuff but maybe someone does).  Its a good way to spread the word and get others in the door playing huntercoin.

P.S.: now is not such a problem bots, as the Chinese players, who seized control and all profitable places. If someone wants to play normal players and earn, you need to unite in Skype conference and play together.

if as "hang team" you mean you have 0 confirmation moves, i'd say:

did you have last huntercoind / qt? there is a network fee and if you run old daemon/wallet you'll end with stucked hunters

another issue could be you have a wallet with too many transaction, it seems that thousand of transaction could compromise something, at least hearing what someone has reported, you can try to create a new one and send all your funds on a new address on that new wallet

if you mean your moves takes long to be accepted, try to set an higher fee or look what's going on with block generation, sometimes i noticed blocks stops coming, then comes 2 or 3 in a row, some with old timestamp

I've added a context menu, and I'm testing a "path color" that act this way (it's just an example, i think i'll add a colorpicker, not just few fixed colors)



I will not add that feature on that window(cell info) but in a new, different, "target window" where you can add whoever enemy you want, and track them easily (and in future attach some bot behaviours, when i'll implement that)

what i'm thinking about is that, when you click on a cell and you find someone "interesting" to track down, you rightclick him and set him as a target, this way, in another window, you have a list of tracked players where you can toggle easily
- path visibility
- focus (find him on the map)
- send an hunter to it's position

what do you think? what could i add that you'd find useful? tell me!

in the future, when i'll dive into BOT programming, you could set bot actions like, e.g.: follow, seek&destroy, defend, and custom programmable actions

You can either build the non-UI version simply by "make" in the src folder (the GNU/Linux makefile is simply "Makefile"), or the Qt-version via "qmake; make" in the top directory.

I wish I could figure out why HUC never recovered it's price of around 0.001 BTC since the fork and closing of cryptorush. Everything is obviously fine with the coin and the network, so it just confuses me.

I also bought at those levels.  Oh well.  We are still at the very beginning.  If all goes well it will get back above those prices.

I didn't buy at those levels, I have been playing the game, and i bought some while it has been down below 0.0002. I just was loving it and the game when it was at 0.001. that was awesomely profitable!

I like this coin because you can get coins to for free and the wallet works great! This wallet is a way better then wallets of the other coins that crash and have all kinds of issues.
