eleuthria, I'm getting idle miner notifications even though they’ve kept a constant connection. I have it set at 10 minutes. You might want to check it out.

Same here, and last submitted share on My Account is not advancing either.

I just switched to this pool and my miners are routinely getting "connections problems" simultaneously for 5-30 seconds every 30 mins or so. Is that normal for this pool?

Can you give me more information? Miner software + version, location, speed of the individual miner.

Using GUI miner 20110701 on two machines, 4x 6950 and 5x 6950, each card at ~340 MHs
I'm in Vancouver, Canada, could they just be timing out waiting for work?
This wasn't an issue at the last pool, but it could be my location...

And I'm also having the isue of "last share" at 2 hours despite my miners submitting shares, and 24 hr earnings dropping while they're all running...

I have one machine on CGminer and the other on GUIminer and NEITHER are reporting shares on the site, even though they're being reported as accepted by the mining software.

same here, last shares reported 4 hours ago but my miners are running full pelt. My 24 hour earnings seems to be dropping and my unpaid rewards isn't going up either Sad

The odd thing is the MH/s for workers seems unaffected. I'm not sure I want to take the chance that the shares are getting counted somewhere and the websites just not updating...think I'm going to throw my hashing at a backup until Eleuth wakes up and has a chance to take a look at this.

I think its fair to say the website/DB just needs updating. My miners are still receiving work so I'm going to keep my miners going Smiley

i already spent 4 hours mining with no UI update, so i'm putting my miners to the backup pool also. hope it gets fixed soon, and hopefully the shares get counted during this weird moment.  Huh

I'm fairly certain that's all that's needed, as well. It's probably something from the swap over just not displaying on the website or something similar. However, I figure there's no harm in throwing them on the backup for a bit just in case it does end up the shares are just going into the void. I'm sure Eleuth will have whatever it is fixed quickly.

I agree, experiencing the same thing. Do not worry, I am sure eleuthria
will handle this problem and make sure everyone gets paid what they have coming.

Yeah this occured around 1:00 am EST, thought nothing of it but woke up to find my payout / 24 hour earnings haven't increased. My mh/s shared accepted have been calculated though, so I'm guessing its a DB problem that can be fixed.

Just woke up, something big happened last night and I'm trying to find the cause right away.  Mining will be restored shortly.

thanks, miners are now complaining about longpoll failed and the pool isn't provided work fast enough. I closed down one rig and when I try and start CGminer it can't connect now.

Pools are back up.  Something went wrong between the pool software and bitcoind last night, resulting in RPC errors between PoolServerJ and bitcoind.  This meant the pool was still generating work for an old block.  At the same time, the pool could not grab the current difficulty from bitcoind, so the shares weren't being logged to the payout table (which requires current difficulty to properly record the earnings).

I'll be working on a fix for the missing earnings today, and have it implemented shortly after returning from work this afternoon.

That makes me feel a lot better. I left my workers mining in hopes the shares were being counted. Glad to know all those shares will get paid! This is why I stick with this pool. Thanks eleuthria!
