I would not sell all Octos at 10k satoshis. In my opinion this coin got really more potential than a few cents, but lets see +1 I'm thinking Octo has quite the potential. A few cents is too low to sell IMO.

Hey guys, FatGuy here For those of you who do not follow OctoCoin activity on the subreddt, there was a comment reply on my weekly updates post #3 from a user /u/Cryptsy_Brad letting us know that we will be added to the Coin voting on cryptsy soon. If this guy checks out and is legit this is great news for Octo sorry if i double posted, new to how this works

In my opinion this coin got really more potential than a few cents, but lets see wait wait i never say i will sell my octocoin at 10 000 satochis. i keep all i think 1 octocoin = 0.01 dollar soon and 1 octocoin = 0.1 dollar and 1 octocoin = 1 dollar ! in 6 months. i keep all ! the market cap = 12 millions now for 1 dollar but not now. wait wait.....

Hey guys, sorry for the delay but I've finally gotten around to doing the giveaway. I went ahead and did 3 weeks worth since I've been running behind on everything. Congrats to users dzaky1982, adam, and bioplague05! Each winner received 628.33 888!
In other news, I still haven't been able to pay my hosting provider, right now I'm about $70 behind and just don't have much assets to cash in. I've spent a great deal of time in the last few weeks on a Freelancer programming project, but haven't gotten my milestone payment yet, and starting to have doubts as to the intentions of who I'm working for. There's a few other coins I have been working on but as of yet I've been unable to sell or trade anything to get everything fixed up! Seems like everything has been blowing up in my face lately, and definitely is costing me more than I get back, but hoping in the long run that it pays off. I really don't want to sell what 888 I do have saved up, but it looks like I'm going to have to do that tonight, though it's only about 4800, not enough to pay the bills! Everything would have been fine if I hadn't got an unexpected charge on my account that ate up last month's savings. Any donations or loans would be gladly accepted and very much appreciated (and the favor will be returned eventually)! Also, very soon, hopefully within a couple of days, I'll finally have a game up and running where you can place bets and win 888 (not dice, it's a surprise), just have to squash a couple of bugs.

Hey guys, Edric has been a great help around this Octo board since day 1. I say we all pitch in some btc... surely between all of us we can raise $70. I'm down if we have enough support to donate. 1HCH6b6RrXSh8YeNprU29qGw8tM3cMs9eE = his btc addy. Respond with your dollar amount if you'd like to support a good asset in the Octo community! I pledge $8 if we can get a $70 commitment... Let's see how deep the Octo community is here.... any takers?

WOW! gotta love the Octo devs for this nonetheless, i committed $8. .0214 btc sent. there's your cherry on top the way btc is dropping today, you better cash it now before that doesn't = $8 hehehehehee Oh man, THANKS guys! Seriously, I love being part of a community of people who'll help each other out in a time of need! I really hate asking for donations and it's really hard to just come out and admit that I'm in financial trouble, because I really am trying to provide a dependable and trustworthy service and maintain as professional an appearance as possible, but you can imagine how stressful it is knowing you may get shut down soon! Anyways, I've got quite a few things in the works, there's several projects that I'm working to revive and make to work with OctoCoin, some are old, broken and unsupported, but the one I'm working on getting running in the next couple of days is a game written in node.js, I'm just trying to figure out the dependencies on it and it'll be going. I've never touched node.js before, ever, so I'm getting a crash course (literally). Once it's done, though, you'll be able to gamble your hard-earned Octos! I'd be more than willing to set up some kind of brainwallet or faucet, though I see that coinok already has one. Ya'll just let me know if there's anything you want/need and I'll do my best to help out. I have a lot of time on my hands right now and I'm hoping to build up more services around Octo. Again, I very much appreciate the donations! It's going straight into the server fees and will keep things going for at least another month!

It's not really all that exciting, but it is different from all the "satoshidice" games out there. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on the script that runs ggdice.com, though, very nice.

Ok, I am about ready to explode right now. I logged into my panel at DigitalOcean, and there was a notice asking me to verify my identity, so I did. I put in all my information, and how was I rewarded? They shut off all my servers and opened up a support ticket telling me I need to send a scan of my ID. Ok, sure, not a problem, you could have asked me to do that BEFORE shutting them off. I just responded to their requests so I'm hoping they'll get them back on quickly. I'm a bit astonished that they'd actually do it that way, instead of just emailing me and asking politely.
Will report back in a bit.
