Please complete the Market Making functionality before you switch gears to indicators!! Your product is 99% there for Market Making but is only works on primary markets (very few pairs and very tight spreads and competitive) because it doesn't do either of these two things, where the value is:

1) Cross Exchange Price Peg -- this would be easy for you to implement.. Simply take the "Average Bid and Ask" from another market (have a drop down for all markets) and use that as the price... so you can market make on smaller markets, currently this is not possible, only on Primary Markets. This should not go against the design of the bot, as you are still trading on Bittrex only, just feeding in a price feed to calculate what price to offer.
2) Sub Markets (non BTC) -- Simply Divide the price of a coin by the sub market (USDT, XMR, ETH), etc to come up with a fair price, and have CAT run on sub markets.. this way I can market make on ETC/ETH based on ETH/BTC and ETC/BTC price, for example.

Right now, CAT works for a PRIMARY (example, DCR on Polo) market, but it would be great to trade Secondary market (Example, DCR on Bittrex based on Polo bid/ask) and Derivative market (Example, ETC/ETH) also, I think this is where the real money to be made and you have done 99% of the work already.. why not add that before "Indicator strategy".

Indicators for CAT, if you refer to RSI, SMA, etc, is fine and all, but not nearly as important as these things above for a True MM as we are. I can do RSI /strategy trades easily on my own in 5 mins a day. And there are already bots doing it, and IMO, it is not nearly as profitable of a strategy for a bot as it takes a human mind to read the full situation.

Fair enough... I can always keep using CAT for Primary pairs.. maybe you can add the 2nd? The calculation is pretty easy... just need to add a simple division problem to get pricing... all based on same exchange.

I will stop asking for the cross-exchange

For the record.. the change you will make in 5.1 will make CAT much better overall! Average %

omg. its unbelievable to read what people expect here.
if you want features of a bot with completely other behaviour why don't you just write it on your own or pay a developer to do it for you? it will cost you probably a lot more.

read the description of the OP what CAT actually does ond what it is good for.
If you can't use it that way because you don't understand or don't know how to trade that way, why don't you just look for another piece of software?
this arrogance of some users here is absolutely unbelievable. If I were Sampey I wouldn't have that much patience with such requests.

CAT has good functionality and is working very good.
CAT is very cheap for the amount of exchanges ond currency-pairs its able to trade.
Sampey, don't think your customer base is not happy. There are a lot of traders who like your product as it is very much.
Don't try to fit every request. I would prefer if you would stay with your initial ping-pong trading and not please everyone.

Also, if you don't mind please let me know any key differences between Gunthar's GUNBOT and C.A.T.

Let me explain stalking from a sports trading/betting perspective as I could relate better to those markets. Say if I have a trading balance of 5 BTC.  My liability or betting unit/order would be within a range of 1 to 5% (0.05 to 0.25). This would give me 100 to 20 units of bust orders (price goes to 0) till I don't have any trading balance left.

Generally the decision to play a betting unit from 1 to 5% relies on the edge where 1% would be considered as the starting edge and 5% the max edge.

Now in terms of Altcoin trading, would it be advisable to have a bot calculate the amount (stalking) of BTC to be placed for different types of coin pairing based on an edge which would be based on some predefined rules. Those rules could be based on volume, coin supply, volatility etc. I assume the amount risked per order would be relatively higher than 1 to 5% as it's less volatile than sports trading.

Then again, I'm kinda new to Altcoin trading so I may be mixing the two. Kindly correct me if I've got this wrong.

Well to be honest nothing similar is implemented in CAT

you have a lot of options here :
- You can put a fix amount and let cat play forever in an infinite loop with that amount.
- You can tell cat to reuse only a percentage of the amount after a ping-pong is finish
- You can tell cat to use a % or a Fixed Amount from your Portfolio every Lookup.
