You are right it has actual use, but still gold cannot be use as in our modern days currency is much more able to use by all people. And if gold will be used as the medium of currency, it will gold trading or barter , trading of products. So, bitcoin for me is better for gold for we are in technology days, but still gold will be a good source of investment. |

Bitcoin for me because it is very precious to me, I can use it everyday and earn from it and with it, with many task available online where you can earn bitcoins you can maximize your earnings by doing trading or simply investing. However, gold on the other hand needs time and money for you to profit.
To earn profits from gold will really take long time, as its price doesn't fluctuates like bitcoin and with trading bitcoins you can make some good profits in quick time. |

Bitcoin for me because it is very precious to me, I can use it everyday and earn from it and with it, with many task available online where you can earn bitcoins you can maximize your earnings by doing trading or simply investing. However, gold on the other hand needs time and money for you to profit.
To earn profits from gold will really take long time, as its price doesn't fluctuates like bitcoin and with trading bitcoins you can make some good profits in quick time. The price of gold and bitcoin are just the same in terms of its price appreciation. The longer it is, the higher of price it becomes. But for me, it is more precious to sell gold. But in usage, I would prefer using bitcoin as I can use it to different services just like paying of my internet bills. And exchanging it to fiat and get real cash. At a moment I would prefer to invest my money in bitcoin, as it has great potential to rise in coming years, so need to grab this opportunity, gold is not going anywhere and can take care in future. |

Gold isnt used by many hands, that is the problem That was sarcasm on my part. The other coin is of the 2014 mint, so the shabby look of the first one could be explained to a potential buyer by its heavy usage (ordinary wear and tear), lol. I don't know about Liberty coins, but George the Victorious coins are sold in protective casing... Touching naked gold with filthy hands is a big no-no |

Im not sure why this is an issue to discuss on coins, its hard to duplicate an exact dimension and weight because only one element fits and that is gold Tungsten has the same density as gold. The difference is less than one-half percent, which is negligible given the weight of coins themselves |

Its also extremely hard to work with hence there are no really good tungsten coins about. Simple rule of buying gold is use trusted dealers if you dont know what your doing. Gold is priced close enough to spot at respected dealers so no reason to chance it, their buy back price is also very close to spot so spread is minimal. p.s. the law also comes down hard on people caught faking/selling legal tender coins. |

The problem with a lot of goldbugs is that they don't understand the fact that Bitcoiners and goldbugs are all on the same team. Anyone with a functional brain should hold Bitcoin and gold, but for some reason, a lot of goldbugs are complete idiots that are stuck with a gold-only mentality, because they are too low-iq to understand the necessity of Bitcoin in the 21 century and how much of a moron you are by not holding any already by 2016. I don't think those guys can be saved, they have a grandpa mentality about things.
