A little digging shows they are breaking the law in multiple countries by offering illegal gambling services. For my country in particular you need to be registered, fully licensed and comply with certain regulations. They aren't even close to being legal.
They can screw you over at any point, and there is nothing you can do about it. They've stolen a five figure sum from me, so be warned!

I was looking to get the regulator involved, because I'm confident they would facilitate me in getting what I'm owed. However, I've recently discovered that the curacao license you hold does not deal with player disputes. To offer gambling services to citizens of my country, it is a legal requirement to be licensed by a reputable company (Not fucking Curacao). One that would handle player disputes as a minimum. My country should by law be geo-blocked by your platform, so you might see where the confusion comes from. If I'm able to play on your site and it claims to be licensed, I have certain expectations. It's my fault for not reading up on the type of license you actually hold. I'm just here to warn others that your license doesn't really offer anything for the players, so take it with a pinch of salt. I think i agree with you, even before giving a casino an operational license, that casino is supposed to be investigated by the licensing body or authority to ascertain how legitimate they are before issuing a license to them. Also asking all players KYC verification, doesn't make a casino reputable, why would that be the case? It is a fact that more and more casinos ask KYC but that is another discussion. Yeah, that gamblers are required or requested to pass kyc is not an indication that the casino is real or reputable, but right now, i am just thinking, if a casino is licensed under Curacoa, and such casino suddenly disappears with money belonging to players on the casino, does it mean Curacoa cant be held to provide the identity and possible where about of the people that ran/own the casino? If this cant be done, what then is the real essence of them being a licensing company? |

The way I see the site, the site will be very heavy to load because the features in the casino site is something else. Though I like the graphology (the designs of the site).
It's difficult before you can see a casino platforms that have license that make away with the players money, it's very difficult, and secondly if such should happen it will be an old casino who wants to close and they can run a scammer because they are living or by the end of shouting the platform down, so a reputable casino is the one who have a licence and also mandates all their players for KYC verification, and which network of both withdrawal and deposit is very fast in payment and withdraw.
I think we already had multiple casinos on this forum that were licensed (under Curacoa) that ran away with peoples money. Also asking all players KYC verification, doesn't make a casino reputable, why would that be the case? It is a fact that more and more casinos ask KYC but that is another discussion. Yeah, that gamblers are required or requested to pass kyc is not an indication that the casino is real or reputable, but right now, i am just thinking, if a casino is licensed under Curacoa, and such casino suddenly disappears with money belonging to players on the casino, does it mean Curacoa cant be held to provide the identity and possible where about of the people that ran/own the casino? If this cant be done, what then is the real essence of them being a licensing company? That is why KYC is very much important in the casino games world or space. we were advised to avoid any casino that doesn't have license because they are open to scam gamblers hard earn funds and run away. |

Have you ever heard that there are some casinos without license but they have very good reputation? I'm sure you have never heard it as if you have ever heard it or maybe you have ever played in that casinos, you would not make such generalization. I wont mention the names of the reputable casinos without license, go find it yourself and you should never think that any casino without license = scam. Scam happens any where, you should not pretend to be blind as well with the fact that there are many scam licensed casinos. Bear in your mind that license does not mean that the casino will not scam you. Be smart! |

Try to contact the OP of this topic, he can maybe also help you with your problem. I'm guessing that it's about the price/reward on every win, It didn't matched according to the multiplier. This could be a big issue if proven right even if the betting size is quite low. Maybe Arshia(Scam accuser) think about fairness. I also think that $.05 is a low bet and not to spend time on but imagine those who where on the same case with her and haven't noticed the issue he is having. This casino should honor the inquiries of their customer no matter how low the bet are. They are still customer who wants fair and equal rights with other gamblers. We hope that this wouldn't escalate on a big problem with this casino since I think that the "main problem" is big enough. |

He mentioned something about the manipulation of bets. Maybe this is where he involved at on why he is being asked to verify his identity just for the site to ensure that he is clean and aren't involved in other same abusive acts in the past. His bets are low but it does not matter. Low bets are still not exempted to verifications as long as the problem isn't about exceeding the betting limits. The OP isn't that active so I am afraid that his queries might take time to be seen (if he only posted it here) but he can try pinging the team in other platforms like for example on telegram or on twitter. Maybe they are much active there than compared to this forum. |
