Dear bitcointalk community,

After running really bad at GG poker for a month i decided to look for another casino. After reading about BC.game in bitcointalk i got curious and decided to open a account 22 of october. I deposited 800usd in eth and played only 4 hands with baccarat. All of the hands where Max bet and quickly had a balance of approx 12k.

I decided to withdraw the amount and now the problem arised. I logged in to my account the next day and saw that my withdrawal was placed back in my account. No notification in email or messages. I had to get in touch with their live chat in order to understand what was happening. And this was what i got:

Note! I cant withdraw, i cant do nothing with the balance exept for playing the games.

I then started reading more of the reviews and came across alot of negative reviews from players. In trustpilot it is clearly is written that they have detected many fake reviews from this casino.

The way all of this is handled is extremely frustating. I am here highlighting how bc game is operating their casino so the rest of the players dont fall in to the same situation.

I have taken screenshots of every transaction in the site. I can upload everything.

The one thing i have to say is that i think it is  sad that their practise in running casino is not highighted. They clearly make it hard for players to cashout and hold on to their shady practises without anyone pointing  a finger.

I dont care about the funds. What i dont tolarate is getting played. This is my honest review of BC.game. I also demanded a permanent ban. Will never set a foot in that casino again.

A new account that plays 4 hands of baccarat and then cashes out $12k  will raise red flags anywhere. 

Also trust pilot is a shit show when it comes to casinos.  You can assume every negative review is a butthurt rigtard that went broke and the casinos only options are to have only negative reviews or pay shills since nobody leaves honest positive reviews for casinos on third party sites like that.

As i said in the previous message, was my FAULT, so i don't blame bc game for the 1st ban.

About the 2nd ban I still not understand the reason... support never replied me and the chat support can't provide an explanation!

Probably because an user can't withdraw more than how much he deposit? Or maybe just because my referrals breaked the rules...I have no idea!

It is still pretty logic to me. You kept opening new accounts so that is counted as multi accounting and this will lead to a ban. There are some users on this forum, with high levels who cashed out big amounts without issues. So if you don’t break any rules, bc.game will not ban you.

I don't know much about the programming of the casinos, much less about the networks, but I think that when they detect that there are two or 23 accounts under the same IP they can be prohibited, but I have a doubt, when in a house they share the same public IP , but do they have different computers, eg: my friend and mine, these accounts are also prohibited? go against the rules of the casino? are these things ok? or they simply give themselves to only 1 public IP for 1 user, these things are good that they happen because these types of questions can be asked, but since casinos ask for KYC, seeing that they are two different people, can you appeal?

1st ban should be separate from the 2nd one! You can't ban my clean account because in the past I got banned!
But you are right guys, can be the reason...and I think this is why bc game support never replied me ^^

I manage many faucets and as you know users tend to create multi accounts...i never banned an account because in the past the owner made multiple accounts!
And if I want prevent fraud i can ban the new account INSTANTLY, not wait for months and 500 new referrals before click the ban button!

Anyway i'm not here for crying...simply after reading other users comments I shared my experience at BC GAME!

Asked for KYC in order to recover an account, but still the same result ---> they don't reply me!  

Usually via KYC Verification you should be able fix the issues...

I'm a promoter and lost over 2500 referrals in 2 steps:

1) My first account was very strong with over 2000 referrals...unfortunately i have created a second account without checking carefully their rules! So they banned me! I was also lv 45 or more and my host manager said me to send KYC verification in order to confirm my identity and recover my referrals! They never replied! And it's ok, was MY FAULT!

2) On March 2022 I have created another account, not for playing, just for referral commissions! After a couple of months and over 500 referrals they also blocked this account! I sent many emails and tried to solve with support team... i'm still here waiting for a reply!

What I have learned?

IF YOU WITHDRAW MORE THAN HOW MUCH YOU HAVE DEPOSITED, THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO KEEP YOU PLAYING....
IF YOU ARE A PROMOTER, NEED TO CHECK CAREFULLY YOU REFERRALS AND HOPE THEY PLAY MORE THAN HOW MUCH THEY GET FROM THE FREE WHELL...

Casinos are money making machines, but bc.game is the most shady i have tested...also the PROVABLY FAIR system isn't 100% provably!

EXAMPLE: If you want to change seeds, they don't allow you change server seed or client seed separately! In this way the casino can easly cheat you by chose the most profitable server seed!  

Please get informed about "how provably fair system works" and stop giveaway your coins in low trust casinos!

Much better if you just post a scam accusation with proof so that many people will be save from playing here if your accusation against them is a legit one.

In my case the first mistake was mine, so i can't blame BC GAME for their strictly rules!

I'm just disappointed for the second ban...which was "caused" by the first one!

You can change the client seed whenever you want and they provide the hash of the new server seed when you do, that's how it should work.  Not sure what you mean.

This kind of thing comes with the territory. We are confident that we offer the most fair and transparent casino experience. For every one negative comment we receive from a player that had a bad day, we get a thousand that are positive. It's just that the negative ones are louder and more sharply worded. We do address every player's complaint with them in detail. As we don't focus on that publicly, it may seem like we are ignoring some issues.
