I would try to send them a personal message on here. I just checked and they last logged in 03/06 so it can take a while before they respond but it can help. I had an issue a long time ago and livechat also couldn't solve it. By contacting them via PM the issue was quickly resolved.

Live chat is more of a hit-and-miss. Since there are different agents taking on cases, I was hoping today would be better.

Finally got it resolved. Provided some proofs and finally was told it would take some time to get it manually credited.

Then figure in the 5% rakeback boost, that I hope everyone eligible remembers to use, you are looking at 45% of the house edge returned to the player. 45% is pretty big when you consider how much of the remaining house edge goes into other bonuses and player incentives. The wagering requirements for unlocking BCD have not changed. We only changed the minimum to 10 BCD rather than it constantly tricking into your standing balance.

I really do not like to affirm anything about the rumors, I see it more as gossip and I think that gossip are never good because the truth is not checked and if it is really or not, apart can damage reputation and finally it does not bring anything advantageous or contributes , I prefer to make my questioning regarding the 400X betting requirement, this is something really high, I would like to know if someone has come to meet this requirement? I have seen some bets of bets that are considered high, like 40x, 50x, but 400x is as they say here, it is almost impossible to unlock it, I think they could think about removing that and giving another option, because as a real player I feel disappointed because the probabildiades of winning qaquí for me are reduced to 0%.

Could you explain a little bit more what is happening to your account ? Do you have some screenshots with the chats with support ? If you think you have a valid case, than open a scam accusation so the community can also take a look.
